I tried to walk in again. Stood at the counter got almost 10 minutes. Nobody addressed me or even looked at me. I just walked out. Don't know what is going on with this place.

Biscuits were burnt & when the lady in front of me asked for a new one the guy was rude & would not make new. While I was waiting I watched as 2 people came inside from the drive thru complaining about the hash browns as well as the biscuits. Seemed to me they were very short handed & so was stretched to thin which is why the stuff was not cooked properly.

Hideous service! Traveling through and stopped for breakfast. Kids request as it’s not a common restaurant by our hometown. Manager taking orders was so rude, I don’t even know how she keeps a job, seemed like she couldn’t comprehend the 4 sandwiches we ordered. Wasn’t friendly at the window at all. Food was gross, biscuits brunt, barely had any meat on the loaded burrito. Better fix/replace your employees or this place will be shutting down in no time! Nothing like the Hardee’s we are used too! Save your money and go elsewhere we threw it away it was gross!!

I dont know who one recipt says Xpient and one says Tamika but she was so rude I said i wanted Hi-C and she was like ok Coke? And i was like no Hi-C and she was so snappy. She gave us the wrong size fries and no sauce. She should not be working with customers

We are here now waited over 30 minutes for our food then tells us they are out of steak. Got chicken after waiting got a chicken biscuit that looked like it was ran over so hard it was crazy we are sitting inside eating and this is horrible had people standing taking one order at a time and waiting to fill that one order before the lady would even take another order had a elderly couple standing in line 22 minutes before the lady took the order. This place is a disaster will never come back !!!

Do not work here or spend your money here. I was recently an employee at this Hardee’s. Three days ago, I went into my pay hub and seen that someone changed my direct deposit information. That could only be me or the general manager. I have screenshots of the day it was changed and the checking account belong to. It was the general manager of this location. I talked to the district manager about this. She said that she would get back to me on what would be done. Here we are three days later I am without the check that I was supposed to get yesterday. I probably won’t get it until tomorrow or the next day simply because the general manager tried to steal money from me. I am a person that has bills and has to live. It Seems like nothing was being done about this situation since I brought it to the district managers attention three days ago. So today I asked for the owners (His name is Rob) information. When I pick up the phone, he very rudely tells me “ It’s none of your concern. This is my business” I say “ Excuse me, how is this none of my business your general manager tried to steal money from me” he says “ Your check is coming. Nothing else is concerning you” I couldn’t believe that. If I owned a restaurant, and my general manager was trying to steal money from employees, they would be terminated immediately. I would also give my deepest condolences to the victims.

EDIT*** It is now Friday and I still haven’t gotten my check. I was supposed to get paid Tuesday…I now probably won’t get a check until Monday. This is ridiculous.

Ate here for breakfast (giving one star cause it won't allow me to give zero) and it's the worst Hardee's I've ever ate at. The staff is rude, not enough employees, the employees took forever to wait on customers inside but not drive thru, my Frisco sandwich was missing cheese, took sandwich back up there to only be given two pieces of cold cheese, sandwich was now cold because it was not made correctly, and then never apologized or anything at all. Will never eat at this Hardee's again!!
