I’m sick and tired of this location. We order through the app and select customizations and they’re never right. We just get whatever the person making the sandwich decides to give us that day. It’s especially infuriating when you pay for additional add-on’s and they ignore the request and you don’t find out until you’re all the way home and sitting down to eat.

The food was delicious as always. Location had about 6 employees working, and 2 of them was helpful and friendly. The other 4 needs some customer service training.
I’m not usually a fan of this chain, but it was closer than their competition. Bread was perfect and fresh. I got a Philly cheese and it was delicious. I asked for extra cheese and it was plentiful. Definitely will go back and try it again.

Horrible service, had a coupon for a free regular sub
I ordered a giant and just wanted to pay the difference and they said they couldn’t do that even tho I’ve used that coupon before the same way at that location
2 regular subs is the same as a giant but they were too stupid to figure out how to just charge me for 1 regular sub

My newborn has a severe dairy intolerance therefore I cannot have dairy. When we placed our order I very specifically said no dairy. I ate half of my sandwich and put the other half in my fridge. My child has been having extremely severe stomach issues - when I went to eat the other half of my sandwich I realized there was cheese. This has caused severe repercussions for my newborn.

Food is phenomenal which is most important. If I’m paying Biden’s price for a sub I’d hope it would be good. The employees are a bit lazy though, they frequently close the store 45+ minutes before closing time, and often shut down the grill an hour before hand.
Came in today and spent nearly $26 on two regular subs (nothing extra) a club sub, and a turkey & provolone. I got a soda bottle and I just can’t believe it was that much for what we received. I don’t believe I was given a receipt so I cannot dispute this and didn’t notice it until my card charge popped up. I also scanned my app and did not get my points for this expensive meal. Unfortunate for sure. Our subs were great and customer service as well.
This is the best jersey mike's location i've ever been to! I walked into this location at 8:58pm on a Thursday, 2 minutes before Jersey Mikes's was scheduled to close and Jay (an employee expressed they were closed). Seeing my sadness Jay expressed: "Hey I will make your sandwich," even though everyone working their seemed happy, but exhausted and come to find out he (Jay) had been working a 16hr shift! I was beyond grateful to say the least. 16hr on your feet making sandwiches, greeting all sorts of customers and personalities and to still be so courteous as to make an additional sandwich when most of the veggies were being put away was extremely thoughtful! This is the only Jersey Mike's I will continue to visit. Thanks again JAY & the staff at this location!

The dude with the mustache and glasses is bizarrely rude. He was rude to me and every customer he interacted with. It was so bad I was ready to walk out but I just took my sandwich and left. I’d avoid this location.
