My order was correct and done in a timely fashion, but when I went inside to pick up my order, not a single person spoke to me not even after I said hello in a voice loud enough for anyone to hear. It was surprising. It was my first time ordering at that location.

I ordered off Uber eats. After a long and hot day at Carowinds. Meet the driver downstairs of our hotel and went back to my room go to take out the subs and there are two missing. So I try to call Jersey Mike's the phone number is not working. So I drive all the way to Jersey Mike's only for the children behind the counter tell me it was the fault of the drive. Really I don't think so. You hand him the bag which you seal with tape. So don't blame him when you screwed up. This is the worst location.

Ordered delivery through this place of business food was supposed to be handed to me at the door but that didn’t happen smh. When I finally did get my food nothing of the special notes was followed. Request my roast beef be cooked that didn’t happen. Very disappointed!!!!!!

I requested for our subs to be labeled due to an allergy. When I asked the staff if this was completed, everyone looked away and ignored me. There was no management present to discuss. I will not visit this location again due to the blatant disrespect.

My sisters and I were driving through and decided to stop and have lunch at Jersey Mike's. Arturo was helping us and wow...he excels in customer service! Very friendly and accommodating and you can tell he cares about his customers. We had a great experience at this location today. I wanted to give Arturo and his team praises !

I ordered a giant club sub and had it made into two small salads. They charged me for two regular subs taking the cost up to over $11.00 each. I don't blame the kids working there, but the price is outragious!
