Consistently have issues with this location as far as quality and order timing. I usually order online and often times during lunch the wait time is 45-60 minutes. Last time I ordered I waited 75 minutes even though my order was ready and sitting behind the counter, they were too busy to look for it when I gave them my name. It seems like they have too few employees at this location and many of the employees are not fully trained. Many times my order was incorrect but they were too busy to fix it.

We went to this sandwich place. The guy who took our order was friendly, but the girl who puts the ingredients on the sandwich is grumpy. She didn't even ask us what we wanted in the sandwich, she just wrapped it up. In short, she didn't even have a conversation with us. She made us feel discriminated against. I don't want to think that it's because of our ethnicity. I won't go back to this place.👎🏼

My order was correct and done in a timely fashion, but when I went inside to pick up my order, not a single person spoke to me not even after I said hello in a voice loud enough for anyone to hear. It was surprising. It was my first time ordering at that location.

I ordered off Uber eats. After a long and hot day at Carowinds. Meet the driver downstairs of our hotel and went back to my room go to take out the subs and there are two missing. So I try to call Jersey Mike's the phone number is not working. So I drive all the way to Jersey Mike's only for the children behind the counter tell me it was the fault of the drive. Really I don't think so. You hand him the bag which you seal with tape. So don't blame him when you screwed up. This is the worst location.

Waited 20 mins for an online order. Watched people come in wait in line get there sub made before me. If you can’t handle online orders put a limit it’s not rocket science. If you’re in a hurry don’t come here

Ordered delivery through this place of business food was supposed to be handed to me at the door but that didn’t happen smh. When I finally did get my food nothing of the special notes was followed. Request my roast beef be cooked that didn’t happen. Very disappointed!!!!!!
