Picked up order and it was made wrong. When called store guy on phone tells me over and over that I did the online order wrong. Even though I can look at order online and see that it is right and they made them wrong. Then guy hung phone up on me. This is not first time they did not make order right. And the beard was stale also. Don’t waste time with this store.

I have been here a couple times the people who work there always have there AirPods in and can never get a sandwich right I always have to correct them on which one I wanted but always have to take the AirPods out to hear me each time I go in there. tonight I ordered online for my husband to pick up... a #12 cancro add bacon mikes way and also a 56 and both of them wrong instead of a #12 I got a #9 and with the 56 it was supposed to have no red and green peppers and they were in there I want someone to contact me I'm over it I have even worked for jersey mikes and this keeps happening at this store

The gentleman with the braids working tonight on Jan 30th around 7pm was great. Greeted us and pointed me to my pickup order. He was very kind. It’s nice to be greeted in this day & age when most don’t. The sub was banging too!

As being a former resident of new Jersey the sub are good but the staff is not if they want to be high on the job maybe they need to find other employment having to repeat my order more than once is a problem and they always forget to put on the items that come on the sandwich my visit was on 12/27/23 they also acted like they didn't want to be there if so they should find other employment

The staff is always friendly and the food is always good.Parking: Its in a shopping center so there are about 5 directly in front of the store but plenty more really close by. 1 of spots in front of the store is handicap parking and there is a little ramp onto the sidewalk.Dietary restrictions: They do have gluten free bread. However it's prepared in the same area as the other subs.
In the space that was formerly Ladles Soups.This is a great location for this restaurant.The Mercantile area has a nice anchor store with the adjacent Harris-Teeter.Salmeri's has long been a great lunch/dinner location for those who like Italian food.It's become something of a growing 'destination' as there has been the recent additions ofSlims Chicken as well as Eggs Up Grill.Since this is a Clear Springs Development, there will soon be new homes built and thefollow-on need for more food options.This place is a 'known' destination and as a result has been steadily growing it's business.I like that they offer a centralized 'call-in' number to order pick-up.Someone always answers quickly and they are always accurate with the order when you pick it up.The on-site Staff are professional and friendly, especially the one lady with the 'tats', she always says hello when you enter.I had an issue with the quality of a recent order and I went back to let them know.She gave me the number for the Area Manager.I ended up getting a gift card which came quickly.You've got to like the Customer Service.Plenty of free parking adjacent to Harris-Teeter.

Most of the time it’s pretty good. They do turn the grill off 25 minutes prior to close so if you’re going in there to get a hot sub no point for the last half hour they’re open. Seems like they’re losing some business why not clean the grill after you close?
