Paid $20 for a large sub that had 4 pieces of meat and no cheese…….Definitely not coming back

Tried the new smoked cheddar cheese bourbon sub and diet coke, paid over 13 dollars for it. Very skimpy meat, cheese has no smoked flavor. Way overpriced! Its a 6 dollar sub at most.

Ordered online from the 160 location at 3:55PM and order said delivered at 4:30PM. I called the store 5x and there was no answer. So i had to drive into the store and they have 4 teenagers were there standing around. I asked for the manager and he said someone took the phone off the hook. I asked for a refund because my order wasn’t delivered. He told me he couldn’t refund me because the order was settled. He did offer to remake the sandwiches, that was fine but I asked for the tip and delivery fees to be refunded since I had to come to the store. He said he couldn’t do that. I think it’s ridiculous this store doesn’t have a general manager and all teenagers working who cant resolved simple issues. I wont be returning especially after not getting my food nor my refund. The owner needs to hire better!!

Couldn't go as they closed the door before 9. Freaky Fast. Walked next door and it still wasn't 9 when I started the review.

Not as fast as I’m used to a Jimmy John’s being. Sandwiches are OK, but the chicken wrap I would not order again.

It says online the store closes 9pm. It is 8:43pm bow and the door is locked and the guys inside are just chilling. Thanks for wasting my time

We ordered a few sandwiches and selected crushed red pepper as an add-on and they loaded it with crushed red pepper. I guess they've never eaten it before? See photo.

Finding a good Jimmy John’s in the area is way more difficult than I would have expected. I used to order from here a lot when I worked closer and it was always good. The customer service was just terrible. They have started locking their back door when it gets dark, but there isn’t a sign to indicate that. I was there with my little and an associate happened to walking to the bathroom and kindly let me in after barking at me that the door was locked for a reason. When I went to order there were a bunch of associates just hanging out and not doing much while the person who took my order also made my sandwich.

It's fast and usually convenient when they haven't abruptly closed.

This was by far one of the best locations in a 10-mile radius because of customer service and we frequent this one a lot. Unfortunately, the closing team has changed and detracts from the entire experience. The tragedy is that there is a complete difference between day shift and night shift, like most places. Where the day shift is optimistic, bright, chipper, and friendlier, the alternate night shift is the edgy, nihilistic, poor attitude, disinterested, and yet burdened. It's a sort of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, if you will, except rather than sane vs. madness, Dr Jekyll would be cheerful, and Hyde would be apathetic.Dr. Jekyll...Ordering during the day is a breeze. You send the mobile order, arrive, get out of your vehicle, open the front door, grab your food, and leave. Or if you feel like dining in, you order your food, and the people at the register are friendly and attentive. You get your food, sit, and eat. Pleasantries are exchanged upon entering and exiting. At 8:40 p.m., my young kid had just finished practicing, and we needed something quick. "Freaky Fast," right? I ordered the sandwiches through the mobile app and drove to get them. Within two minutes of waiting outside in the car, one of the five workers turned off the sign. After a couple more minutes waiting on them to make the meal and set it at the pick up area, I went up to the door and tried to open it, but it was locked. We waited for one of the other five employees who casually walked over with aloofness wafting off of them and opened the door to ask if we had ordered a mobile order. I confirmed and was told that they were closing. I asked what time they closed and was told by the gentleman behind the counter that they "had to close early." In reality, they had all but closed down the store before the actual 9PM close time. The line fridge was cleaned, all items were wrapped up and being transported back to the cooler, the floors were mopped and dried, the tables were wiped spotless, and I suspect they were just wanting for the 9PM on the clock to clock out and go home early. (Kudos for the clean establishment, though!)I used to work in these types of restaurants, and you don't turn away customers, even if at one minute to close. I also understand the frustration of the customer coming in right before we closed and staying way past the closing time, but this was a mobile order. I told them I would need a full refund, then had to wait while they refunded me the money from the order. After some time at the register, the transaction was refunded. When we left, they still had a few minutes before the advertised closing time. This was very disappointing, but this seems to be the way customer service in the South is. This is the common customer service you receive in this region, at least. When you find a place that has good customer service, it's somewhere you would like to visit more than once or twice. But this type of neglect in customer service reminds you not to visit again for a while.

Terrible example of a Jimmy John’s franchise. Bread stale on one sandwich, bacon chewy and nasty, the un-which’s we ordered were both lacking the appropriate amount on meat. Very disappointing as Jimmy John’s is typically solid. Will not be back the this location.

So I love Jimmy John’s. But in the fort mill area it’s been really hard to find one that makes good sandwiches at the quality you’d expect from JJs. This location was the exception. But the last couple times I’ve been there they have been very inconsistent. Today was exceptionally bad. It was the quality you’d expect from a McDonald’s. My sandwich looked like it was punched or in someone’s back pocket while they fell down a mountain. The bacon looked like it was smashed in someone’s hand before putting it on the sandwich. There’s also been several times where sandwich toppings from other sandwiches end up on sandwiches that didn’t order those toppings (Mayo from someone’s hand on a slim 4 and my wife hates the stuff) lastly, this one’s petty but also frustrating. But a few times I’ve ordered a sandwich with the cut in half option checked and they never do. I guess it’s taken as a suggestion? But if you don’t want to do it, don’t put the checkbox on the site. This location needs some serious attention from management. I’d be embarrassed to call this my store. Photo added of my sandwich. Hope this place’s consistency is restored. Especially how much they charge for a sandwich these days.

Guy at the front not very friendly… and being a Black woman…. I can tell you that I felt some very low key, but high key racist vibes… old man following me to get my free cookie and to the bathroom as if I would steal something ?… I’m a educator and a military veteran…. Don’t treat dark folks as if they are all hoodlums and trouble makers… they also don’t honor military discounts like other locations…
