Final update: This location reopened and is quite good! Food is very consistent, and I've only gotten one incorrect item on an order (got a half and half instead of an Arnold Palmer, easy mistake and I wasn't upset about it). Sorry it took me so long to update my review!
Second Update: Google said an email from Jimmy John's Guest Relations is not reliable enough to constitute the business being labeled temporarily closed, so I've added a picture of their new Now Open sign to corroborate my claim. From some cursory research, it seems that the location is now under new management. I'll swing by on a lunch break soon and update my review, as it's wildly unfair to leave a one-star review that applies to the previous building tenant.
Update: according to Jimmy John's Guest Relations, this location is closed
Can't give zero stars. No one in building during business hours. Not the first time this has happened to me. Just close if you can't pay your employees, don't also mislead customers.

My recent visits have been exceptional. Great customer service and food overall. This location under previous management was definitely poor and I can understand why the rating were lower, but it's no reflection of current service, food and atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back!
