Doors are always locked and no one is ever taking orders at the drive through. I have been able to get one person to take an order but it took 15 minutes to make a sandwich that was not what I ordered. They said they didn't have turkey and gave me moldy bread with a hole in the center. 0/5 stars

8:42pm and they were already mopping the floors and said they weren't willing to make any food. They said they were just out of anything to make. Feel sorry for the people that try to come to eat here first thing tomorrow morning... guess they won't have any food then either.

We are in town looking for homes as we are going to relocate here. We decided to eat at jimmy John's since it was close to hotel. I saw that this location had poor ratings. We gave it a shot anyway and we are glad we did. I had the chicken Caesar wrap and it was the best thing I've ever had at jimmy John's. My wife and son enjoyed their sandwiches as well. My biggest shout out has to go to the 2 young ladies working there. Wow! They were so helpful and fast. My son wanted ranch on his sandwich but they don't have it. She suggested garlic aioli and gave it to us on the side. My son loved it. 7 people came in after us and they were seated and eating in about 7 minutes. It was impressive. I hope people raise the ratings of this location. It deserves it. Well done!

No kidding the best fast food experience I have had. All of the new management and staff has turned this into a very pleasant experience and I will be looking forward to returning!
Placed order on app and went to pick up. The door was locked and the drive thru wi dow shut. Person was there in the kitchen. When I asked about the order was told they are closed and the charges will be credited back to card. Never happened. It was well more than. 30 mins before it's normal closing time.

I just found out this location opened back up and both the food and the service the best! The restaurant was clean, the people were super nice, and the sandwich was amazing! I really liked the lemon blueberry cookies, too!

This location has definitely done a 180 from the last owner. It’s obvious that Sundar (the new owner) cares about not only his customers but his employees as well. The restaurant has been clean both times that I’ve visited the store and I’ve also been greeted with smiles from everyone on shift. Like I said a HUGE 180 from the last owner. I will definitely be coming back again and hope others do as well!
