I like this location. It seems their recipes are very consistent and it doesn’t depend on who is working. The teas taste great. I have tried other locations like the one on south blvd and that one always disappoints me. Their tea taste weird and it’s never consistent. Sometimes is too watery and not creamy, sometimes the bobas are too hard or bland etc. this fort mill locations seems to always have the tea taste very consistent and yummy. Definitely recommend this fort mill location.

One of the worst boba places I’ve had. You’re better off just flushing 15 dollars down the toilet. The rose hip milk tea tasted like raspberry instead of rose and the cocoa wow was basically just straight milk. The rose tasted so strongly of raspberry syrup I could not finish it. I only got normal sweetness and a milk cap in which you would think would cut the amount of syrup in the drink. My fiancé says it tasted almost burnt. Boba could’ve been cooked better as it was very chewy but still edible. The kung fu tea in Columbia tasted much better but they got rid of the creme brûlée matcha. :( cashier was nice.

I came by Kung Fu Tea over the past year and have loved every visit! Staff are very polite and the flavors I get are very exotic and tasty. From brewed coffees, to fruity or milky tea, the choice is yours. They also have unique cups showing the different themes and events like Minions, Super Mario and more. I think it's worth checking out for those who like bubble tea. 😊

I ordered a tea with tapioca boba, but the boba wasn’t cooked thoroughly all the way and it was hard in the middle. This was disappointing when this was a special treat for myself and the boba was practically uncooked. However workers were very nice

Best boba place but they are always closed for the minor things and always close half an hour before closing time. They lock doors before 8:50pm is quite annoying. Most time their sign is still on and google says they close at 9 and they always close before 8:50!!
