I like this location. It seems their recipes are very consistent and it doesn’t depend on who is working. The teas taste great. I have tried other locations like the one on south blvd and that one always disappoints me. Their tea taste weird and it’s never consistent. Sometimes is too watery and not creamy, sometimes the bobas are too hard or bland etc. this fort mill locations seems to always have the tea taste very consistent and yummy. Definitely recommend this fort mill...

I came by Kung Fu Tea over the past year and have loved every visit! Staff are very polite and the flavors I get are very exotic and tasty. From brewed coffees, to fruity or milky tea, the choice is yours. They also have unique cups showing the different themes and events like Minions, Super Mario and more. I think it's worth checking out for those who like bubble tea. 😊

workers were nice and it was clean inside, it just had a funky smell (cat piss??) and my thai tea tasted very bitter and dark chocolate almost? i’ve had thai from here before so hopefully it was just a bad experience.
