Initial impression was not great- the host was blowing his nose so loud it was echoing through the restaurant and he’s wasn’t sanitized or washing hands in between. So that was gross. Music choice was interesting alternating from 90s lay it down r&b to BLARING loud as possible the happy birthday song.
Food was good- extremely hot, but flavorful and the crab was cooked right.

I ordered a to go order and when I got home I realized my order was over charged and I had extra food I did not order. In order to get a refund I had to drive all the way back up there to bring the extra food they charged me for in order to get my credit back. When I asked to speak to manager she was extremely rude.

I don't visit Fort Mill that often, but a trip to Let's Crab is a special treat when I do. The wait staff are very personable - helpful with making choices. I love fried seafood - and was very thankful for some smaller combinations of my favorites.

We take mom there for Mother's Day and Birthdays. The food is always great, wonderful service and atmosphere very nautical. Truly a great local spot to go to.
Me and my husband went to this place and it was absolutely HORRIBLE the food tasted OLD I’m pregnant but at first the waitress was nice till we had a problem with the food they served and the management was horrible. When the food first come out it was not appetizing literally had no taste too it barely and seasoning it was like water and butter it was very nasty! When we told the waitress that the food was not pleasant and at first we asked if they could put more seasoning that it should have already came with to be appetizing she said it would cost even tho the food was nasty then she asked if we wanted to take just the food off the bill but truthfully we shouldn’t have paid anything at all. No management come out to ask us what was wrong with the food just made us pay for the drinks when we shouldn’t have had too do that and after we drove 30 min out the way to waist gas on this place This was the First and LAST time we will be going too this place.

Tried some crawfish with the Let's Crab Special Sauce and it was absolutely to die for! Great Flavor with the amount of spice I picked. They are on the small end but they were still delicious in every bite. When I ordered the 1lb of crawfish it comes with a potato and corn on the cob. I ordered 3 extra because of I love potatoes. Again, the sauce is so amazing and they were cooked to perfection. My husband ate the Cajun Wings and he didn't particularly enjoy them but he ate them anyways. Not sure why because he couldn't explain it.

I had a great experience at Let’s Crab! I ordered the gator and wow—it was fresh, tender, and full of flavor. Definitely one of the better gator dishes I’ve had. We also went with the butter garlic seasoning, and let me tell you, it was real good. Rich, savory, and packed with flavor. The food came out hot and well-seasoned, and everything tasted super fresh. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you're into bold flavors and quality seafood.

My family and I were having dinner and the waitress Kia was very rude and nasty and made multiple smart remarks. After speaking to the owner about our issue Kia then comes back to the table being aggressive and we were then asked to leave the establishment having receiving terrible service.
