Little Caesars Pizza

I enjoy a little Caesars pizza time to time. May sound crazy but I really like their pizza sauce. It taste more bold and robust than other chains. My one issue this time was the crazy bread and sauce offer. I was told I don't choose the sauce and I just feel the marinara. The other times I've gone in they let me choose a sauce for the price and I always get cheese sauce.

Paid for a cheese crust.Pizza waited for 20 minutes.Got home.It's nothing but a hot and ready in the box.Terrible customer service as well

Wait for a cashier is ridiculous the crew were playing and throwing dishes no one would come to the front to help and it was a ridiculous wait time

Love the deep dish lunch pizza. The first time at this location I thought it was a fluke but it was burnt the second time as well. Overdone and dry, maybe check the accuracy of the oven temps?

No air conditioning for customers or staff. Very uncomfortable to have to wait. Also couldn't call in advance because phone wasn't working properly.

We order the new cheesesteak bites and a pep/cheese bread with a 2Lt. Everything was amazing! The last time we was here was also the same service, exceptional from the workers! Thanks Little Caesars!

Embarrassingly bad food. Order was 100% wrong and totally inedible. If I were running this place, I’d have serious reservations about whomever was working at 9pm on Thursday October 2. Crazy bread was simply plain bread, no cheese, no butter, not even fully cut. No crazy sauce. Pizza puffs were wrong type, cold and poorly constructed. I had to throw it all out.

Never answers the phone

Unfortunately, the staff at Little Caesars Pizza were working in deplorable conditions. There was no air conditioning!! They were working as a team to get orders expedited as quickly as possible. The manager, Olivia, apologized for not being in uniform, but she had come in on her off day to help. Customers waited patiently outside. Their pizzas are ALWAYS hot 'n ready and orders are always correct. I hope they get air back on soon!!

Always slow employees act like they do not want to take orders all around a bad experience every time I have been there will not go back lost my business and the food is overpriced just all around a bad experience

One hour wait. Food tasted like it was made from old carpet. Tiny store cramped af. Staff looked stoned.

Ordered ASAP on the app a stuffed crust cheese pizza. Easy right? Waited over one hour. If not for my daughter I would’ve asked for a refund and left. Nothing is quick or hot n-ready about this!! The lobby was packed and a crowd outside.

Wish I could do zero. I did an online order for one pizza and it said it would be ready between 2:25 and 2:30. I showed up at 2:35 to make sure I gave them enough time and the employee who finally came to the counter was rude and obviously wanted to be anywhere else and didn’t care about anything. I’m still waiting on my ONE PIZZA. Oh, and two customers can in after me and ordered from the counter and waited for theirs to be cooked and left before me! Hoe does that make sense if I ordered online and gave you 20 minutes to make my ONE PIZZA.

Placed an order for “ ASAP” and was ready 1hr 45 min later. This was for one pizza and dessert ordered online. Why? Poor staffing, No management, who knows?

Don’t bother to order a pick up for a party, family dinner, anything and expect it to be on time. Go somewhere else and pay more for it to be ready when they say it will be ready. I will admit that we could rely on this location in years past living very close by. Wouldn’t recommend anymore.
