One hour wait. Food tasted like it was made from old carpet. Tiny store cramped af. Staff looked stoned.

Ordered ASAP on the app a stuffed crust cheese pizza. Easy right? Waited over one hour. If not for my daughter I would’ve asked for a refund and left. Nothing is quick or hot n-ready about this!! The lobby was packed and a crowd outside.

Wish I could do zero. I did an online order for one pizza and it said it would be ready between 2:25 and 2:30. I showed up at 2:35 to make sure I gave them enough time and the employee who finally came to the counter was rude and obviously wanted to be anywhere else and didn’t care about anything. I’m still waiting on my ONE PIZZA. Oh, and two customers can in after me and ordered from the counter and waited for theirs to be cooked and left before me! Hoe does that make sense if I ordered online and gave you 20 minutes to make my ONE PIZZA.

Placed an order for “ ASAP” and was ready 1hr 45 min later. This was for one pizza and dessert ordered online. Why? Poor staffing, No management, who knows?

Don’t bother to order a pick up for a party, family dinner, anything and expect it to be on time. Go somewhere else and pay more for it to be ready when they say it will be ready. I will admit that we could rely on this location in years past living very close by. Wouldn’t recommend anymore.

Food was cooked perfect and everyone at the establishment were nice and helpful.

terrible location; incompetent management, long wait times, incorrect orders, dirty, and no customer service whatsoever. There is no reason for anyone to get food here, avoid this organization at all costs.

While the company is improving the Food and brand , the employees are busy continuing to ruin the brand with terrible customer service. The GM of the store is the epitome of a professional and isn't qualified to throw a frozen pizza in an oven let alone run a pizza restraunt. she will run the place into the ground. mark my words.

Had to wait 10 minutes on the crazy puffs that I called and asked if they had as Hot and Ready

As I’m waiting, I’m noticing the guy in the back adding toppings to a pizza with no gloves on and the girl behind him about 10 feet from the exit door is ganging out Vaping

If I had not already paid I would have left.
Floors were filthy too and could not see their food rating sign. 😞

I wanted to take a moment and tell my story about my most recent experience with this Little Caesars. I have always ordered from this store and never had any problems.

I went there tonight to pickup dinner for the family and when I walked in the employee did not say hello or anything. At first due to the lack of conversation I figured perhaps the employee had a medical reason for not speaking, nope, once he was done taking my order by nodding he finally told me the total. It wasn't a medical condition but just straight rudeness on the part of that employee.

The next thing that occurred was a wait, and when I say a wait, I'm taking twenty plus minutes, no heads up at the time of purchase that there was a wait, just silence. In terms of customer service this was definitely irking my nerves but sometimes this can be a first job for someone and well, hopefully in time they will learn.

Shortly before my pizza was ready a cell phone went off. I knew in my mind that the odds of someone picking it up and calling back or texting was fairly high and so I started to pay attention behind the pizza holder as there were gaps so you could somewhat observe the preparation station.

Low and behold I see thumbs just a typing away and under those thumbs? A pizza, mine it would seem. Those thumbs weren't gloved and I never heard running water, straight from the cash register to the food prep area and well, germ germ germ.

As he's finishing typing up his note he sneezes. Then the box closes. Out comes him with my box and that is when I asked for my refund and I let them know that I will be contacting the health department.

I work in the food industry and hygiene is of the utmost importance. The thought that another human would be so careless with someone's food makes me queasy just thinking about it.

All that being said this place has lost my business for the foreseeable future. A lot of changes need to occur that would make me want to revisit.

On a positive note, the owner did reach out to us personally and we let him know that we appreciate him taking action. He was very apologetic and I am sure positive changes are headed that way.

Good luck folks!

Tried to call and order a pizza over the phone. I was on phone waiting for 10 minutes without anyone picking up to take my order. Just wanted cheesey stuffed crust pizza. Going to go order from Papa John's now.

Update: After several more attempts I was able to get through.

The staff were literally play-fighting and pushing the garbage can at each other while making the pizza, which was very unsanitary and disgusting. I also forgot to mention that he wasn’t wearing gloves. When he noticed I was watching, he quickly washed his hands, dried them, and then wiped them on his clothes.

Service was slow.

Ordered a pizza and waited 30 minutes for it. I seen a worker using a vape over the dough, a lot of long hair flying. The cashier said a side comment that was very rude. I do NOT recommend this place as they generally do not follow any rules and hire the wrong people.
