Yurrrrdddd. It’s Hollywood Reg doing a food review. GO BUY PIZZA SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place Is not the one. I don’t recommend it. Please go spend money and time else where. We ordered pizza through the app and it was closed!!! Then they had the nerves to say we picked up the pizza!! The man up front said he couldn’t show us video, he can’t give a refund, he can’t show us any proof that we picked up the pizza.. it was only $14.00 that’s it but dang sir we didn’t get the pizza. This isn’t how business should be done. We all need to contact the better business bureau due to their lack of professionalism, integrity, and character… GO BUY PIZZA SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The WORST ! I ordered a pizza after its advertised that the store is open. Turns out this store closes when it feels like it. Then the “manager” attempts to gaslight me when I call saying the store was open, blah blah. Says the pizza was “picked up” and so the charge will stand. Went on a rant about people stealing food and “doing this” all the time. I went in the store and no information about who to call or reach out to for complaints. “Manager” again claims he’s the store manager, general manager and district manager because the owner is in Florida and this is a franchise. So, essentially they can do what they want. Owner, sir, you are running a business. You should care for your business better. Your staff is HORRIBLE. This location’s reputation is HORRIBLE! I will never patronize this establishment. Surprised they haven’t closed down with all these bad reviews about randomly closing the store while people have orders pending.

Trash. Ordered and paid for a pepperoni. After my card was processed, then they told me it was a 10 minute wait. Got the pizza and went home. Opened the box and it was a cheese pizza. Note to the owner of this location: please stop hiring only felons and high school dropouts. Actually I just need to stop going here.

Husband picked up a pizza last night and neither of us liked it. No flavor, no sauce, no mushrooms just horrible. My husband isn't one to usually complain but he was like just throw it out. Fast forward to today, I called and asked to speak with a manager the male on the other end said that was he. I asked his name to which he refused and I merely stated that I would like to have a reference of whom I am speaking with to which he replied he do not give out his name over the phone. This AH proceeded to tell me I could be trying to steal his identity to which I said all I needed was your first name. He told me to bring the pizza back in, uhm Sir I live almost an hr away. I told him he was unprofessional from the beginning not giving his name and I would call corporate to which he more less was like nothing will get done. Said his name is General Manager. I definitely would NOT recommend this business. Ugh.. wish I had read the reviews prior to going so that I could've avoided this DISGUSTING FOOD AND "GENERAL MANAGER"

I ordered through door dash and had to drive in the rain back to the restaurant. The extra most bestest pizza that was delivered had about 10 pepperoni on it and there was nothing extra about it. The Italian cheesy bread I ordered was burned. When I drove back to get them both remade, the store is small and very HOT! The door was propped open and I still started to feel faint. 2 stars bc I should not have had to pay for delivery, then drive back up there. The remakes were great. No big complaints; but I can only give 2 stars. My discount pizza spot is Marcos!!!!

You can't order via the app at this store, which is frustrating. They are rarely open. When they are open, they act like they don't want to be there. Today I went in to order a pizza. The guy told me he REALLY didn't like making the kind of pizza I ordered, so I canceled my order and left. Never ever let someone make you food after they tell you they hate making it.

Maps says the Indian Land location is open and it is NOT. This is the 3rd or 4th time; almost every time we've gone in a 2 month period. Also, Maps is showing online order and pick-up which, of course, does not work right now either. You NEED to update your online presence!
