They hardly ever do what's requested with deliveries! My last order i asked them to please knock! They didn't knock and just left the food outside. Our food was cold by the time we got it. My advice is to tip with cash because the tips that I leave they end up not deserving it most of the time.

Unfortunately we love the food, but 3 previous deliveries we had issues and will no longer order from this location. Told delivery in 30 mins we waited 90 mins with no call, no update and nothing offered for the inconvenience. This time an hour for the delivery and the other time the order being wrong. Very unfortunate .

I did an online order for pickup and probably under user error messed up and somehow didn't get the toppings put on my order I got there and realized I was going to walk out with only a cheese pizza. They were nice enough to fix the pizza and put toppings on it for me and so I walked out with the Pizza I had 'meant' to order. Fantastic customer service. Great pizza. Highly recommend!!!

Before i go into detail i must preface with the fact that they have outside and inside seating.
This charming little pizza restaurant had absolutely divine garlic sticks (for a fair price, at that). Their cinnamon bakes smell delicious and come with a packet of frosting, so that you can frost to your own desires.

it’s been a while since i stopped by because of the bad customer service but was very happy to find out Gene took over the store!the lobby has been kept clean,fully stocked and im not just a customer i feel like family. Marcos best decision was to put Gene in charge!! will continue to come for many years to come.

I accidentally ordered to the wrong place but Gene and Orlando were very accommodating. They tried calling another shop to see if my order was placed there. Then, they took my order and made it quickly for me. Shoutout to Gene and Orlando!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I got there actually 15 minutes from the time I ordered and was told my order wasn’t ready yet. Then, when another worker asked what name it was under I was told that part of my order would have to be remade bc they put the wrong toppings on it. I should have believed the reviews I read and not even ordered from here. The employees were all very rude and multiple customers were coming in complaining about their orders. I definitely got my money back and went elsewhere! Eat here at your own risk.
