They left my child’s entire order off. I asked for a refund as it was half the order and the reason we got it to go. They said they couldn’t refund it and then hung up on me. Asked to speak to manager after they hung up on me. Left the phone on while saying “someone is mad and wants a manager” then said they were the manager.

Go to Panera… their customer service is awful food quality is terrible for what you pay for. May as well go to Panera for top tier customer service and food! Coworkers and I will not ever order here again.
Very disappointed with the food we recieved through doordash the other night. Paid $7 for my “wrap” which was more like a roll up… put a comparison picture down below. The potato on the left looks like it had been scrambled up and the one on the right had more cheese than potato! This has never happened to me before at any Mcalisters so I was very dissatisfied I paid for this disaster

Meh. Average food quality and super slow service. Ordered 2 entrees and a kids pizza and waited 25 minutes for the 2 entrees then an additional 10 because they forgot the kids pizza. Surprised they got the order right because every time he read my order back to me, something was off. Won't be going back.
