I really wanted the French dips. So my order came, and I dug right in. The au jus gravy they gave me looker like user motor oil and it was way too salty. It was so salty that it was burning the taste buds off my tongue the sandwich was ok. Idk what happened with the gravy, that was awful.

The sweet tea tasted it was at the bottom of the canister, it was unsweetened. I ended up getting a soda. The blackberry flavor wasnāt favorable. They didnāt have any pickles to enjoy with the sandwich. The sandwich tasted dry. The Mac and cheese tasted like a blob of melted cheese. The broccoli and cheese soup was ok. The line was incredibly long. I had better service and food at other Mcalisterās. Iām very disappointed.
this place kinda sucks- and the food is WAY too expensive, iām taking my happy self somewhere else

They left my childās entire order off. I asked for a refund as it was half the order and the reason we got it to go. They said they couldnāt refund it and then hung up on me. Asked to speak to manager after they hung up on me. Left the phone on while saying āsomeone is mad and wants a managerā then said they were the manager.
The service and atmosphere here was great, however they messed up my order. I don't think it is something that would happen commonly but it did happen in this instance.

š©Review for today 7/12, 1:25 in the afternoon. Service improvement needed. Check your order before leaving. Come on people, remember the side dish! Also, the bag had the wrong sandwich!! My husband ordered Chicken Caesar and got cold cuts. šThe salad was good but had a small amount of chicken. Ruben very good.
