workers just stare at you when you’re waiting for a mobile order

Although the staff is nice, they made several mistakes on our drive through order. We ordered a happy meal with just ketchup on the cheeseburger, well no ketchup.. We ordered an iced coffee with caramel, well no caramel. I ask for a receipt, well no receipt. Joke of a McDonald's except for the kid who said hello.

The place and food are good, I enjoyed my meal, specially a delicious ice cream. Regarding the service, I could say the waiter is not smart.

Extremely unprofessional establishment, the workers were rude I waited over 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich and fries. There was zero communication from the employees explaining why the wait was so long and I was the only
One waiting, they were standing around talking and laughing. I inquired and was told they were waiting on chill being a person who was employed by McDonald’s in my early teens I know it only takes 7 minutes for chicken to cook so I don’t know why I waited over 20. I got my food and it was still made wrong I asked for no pickles and no tomatoes the meat also tasted old and the fries were cold so the order was incorrect. Their prices are also higher than the other franchises. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would.

I visit this McDonald’s almost daily, but while sitting in the dining room I saw two large roaches cross the floor toward the kitchen.
A staff member acknowledged me but showed little concern, even with another family present who also saw them.
I took a photo of the first roach and will attach it here—needless to say, I won’t be back.

McDonald’s has went downhill . I’ve had nothing but bad experience at every single one I have stoped at in the past 6 months. It took 30 minutes to get a tea , ice coffee, and a small French fries .
Also having to constantly remind them of my order . Very annoying

30 min just for Caramel Frappe? 🤯

Melina was really amazing yesterday when taking my order, I had to ask her name and write it down on a sticky note to remember to type this review in. she was really helpful as I can’t speak English well, she was patient , understood me , and made me smile at the second window I definitely happy as I came to this McDonald’s plenty of times and never got the hospitality that I have received yesterday from her.

Cold food save your money never eat here
Recently within the past two weeks I have had major issues going through the breakfast drive-through with the young ladies at the windows with major attitudes! They messed up orders consistently and then get an attitude about it with me when all I have done and just said, “hey this is not what I’ve ordered,” and then I get screams of “no” and the window shut in my face . This is not the hood! Also with them poking holes in the bottom of an iced coffee which led to my outfit being ruined and my car being flooded with mocha, having to go back home and change instead of going to work. It’s just the disrespectful pettiness from the morning crew that has just downgraded this location further.
Not to mention back earlier this spring when I went inside to order I was approached by an older woman working inside pointing to me to go to the food delivery pick up line which I do not deliver food and then had the audacity to make a U-turn and bring a tray to me ask me to help her find the table to deliver the tray of food to another customer . I have worked in the service industry and in all my life I have never dealt with anything like this like this location continues to surprise me. I will definitely be making the drive to other locations.

Second time here, and guess what — the flies are still loyal customers. Last time it took ages to get my order, and the staff couldn’t care less. At this point, I’m starting to think this place is cursed. There’s always some kind of chaos — truly impressive consistency
