I came to pick up an order 01/11/2026 at 11:55 and the manager who is a short Caucasian woman or even mixed was very very rude to me I started at the window ring the doorbell to pick up my order it was after 10:00 so the lobby was supposed to be closed but the door was actually open I pulled on the door and walked in when I got to the counter the manager ask me how I get in and I told her the door was open and she proceeded to be very rude to me and tell me to get out of the store saying I told you to hold on mind you she didn't tell me anything she never came to the window in the first place if she did I never would have pulled on the door and realized that the inside was open. The teenagers were laughing and she was being disrespectful to me with her tone of voice and telling me to leave. Then I went back outside to the doorbell and a teenager came up ask me my order like he was supposed to do in the first place and gave me my order without the order number which prolonged me being there I will never ever go to this McDonald's again because of the service The customer service is trash!!!! Definitely need a new manager she has a bad attitude for no reason and just could have asked politely and fixed her mistake!

This one is super slow. Painfully slow. Today I'm wondering why it costs less for (2) one ea.cookies than (1) 2 pack of cookies đŸ€” counting on people just clicking the two pack?

Absolutely the SLOWEST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. 15 minutes since I placed order so far. And I used my app gave them the number and didn’t get the discount. Also the pie I canceled on the order they didn’t cancel and it was out of date at 1:30 pm it’s now 10 pm

This place is awful. All these workers have awful attitudes and they are all rude. They mess up every order every single time. Drive thru, dine in, uber everything wrong. Every single time, WRONG WRONG WRONG. Awful service. 1 star.

The employees working there shouldn't be making the minimum wage, since they don't have any type of professionalism or work ethics. They made me wait to tell me that I needed to go back around and speak through the speakers, even though someone told to just go by the drive thru window. The worst McDonald's location in the Carolinas.

This McDonald's management and employees suck. I pulled into a spot that was marked with a number 1 to run in the store real quick. A stupid employee tells me I can't park there....keep in mind the whole parking lot and the other numbered spaces are completely empty... no cars anywhere than she tells me if I'm picking up an order she will not give it to me based on the managers rules. First of all your going to hold back an order if someone parks in a parking space and how would you know if your not at the door to look at each delivery driver and where they choose to park. I see management here are bullies.

Order was wrong after they made us reorder at the first window after ordering at the speaker, and then had to pay for someone elses food because they messed up. Mentioned I ordered a large coke after they gave me a medium and the girl argued with me telling me I ordered a medium. Then she said “well you already paid $10 for your food” like that was MY fault they messed up. It was my cheat meal for the week so i really wanted my large coke. Who I assume was the manager told her to make my coke finally after watching us argue. I will not be back to this location.

Editing to add. This location just outdoes itself with incompetence. The employees cant even use common sense to solve simple issues.
