Not sure about the bad reviews, BUT my family and I have had good luck with food and service. Dinning room needs a little love as far as cleaning and at 7 AM the trash was overflowing. Staff however was very kind. Keep up the great work.

The little girl working the drive thru is always friendly and helpful as well as the woman who sweeps and cleans the dining room… however the rest of the breakfast crew is so rude. They won’t even speak when you are standing there waiting. Get it together because this is a recurring problem, not just a one time ordeal.

Don't go there if you want your order to be right. I've been going to this place over 2 to 3 months now and half if not most of the time I get my order wrong. They hire people that can't read the screens and cop attitude if you say anything. I went today and all I ordered were two McDoubles, one McChicken, small coke, and a small fry. I open my bag when I got home and one of my McDoubles had no cheese no sauce and my McChicken was plane, no lettuce no mayo. How hard is it to take a takeout order? It's not even complicated. Half the time they are on their phones and when you ask for sauce they make a big issue and they tell you that they are going to have to charge you for it. I called and they gave me attitude. Like if it was my fault. Nothing but people that didn't finish high school and all they do is complain and want more money. They need new people there.
This push to online ordering and the kiosks is ridiculous. The staff barely even comes to the front of the store. And when they do they just pop their heads out glance around and don’t address the line of people waiting. This is ridiculous and and horrible customer service.

I ordered two special grilled double cheeseburgers. I ended up with two old double cheeseburgers that had cold hard bottom buns and ALL of the condiments were scraped off! This was disgusting!

Went thru the drive-thru to order a happy meal for my grandson with chocolate milk and needless to say it was less than a happy meal so the person at the window told me I would have to go back thru the drive-thru again. I was not going to give them a second chance to screw my order up. Today is my last day giving someone business they do not deserve.
