I ordered 10 minutes in advance on the mobile app. There were only two cars in line. And they still didn't have my order ready. When I got to the window. They had me pull up and wait and I only ordered a cheeseburger and a quarter pounder with cheese. Very poor execution

Pulled me in drive thru so the guy or girl could chit chat with his or her friends in the next car. They completely forgot about my order. I had to go inside and remind them. And they still gave me wrong order. Waited 30 mins

I can’t believe how rude the girl taking my order through the drive through was. She apparently saw me parked outside trying to place my order online. The app wasn’t working so I went to the drive through. She said to me,”you spent all that time parked outside and couldn’t place your order through the app”. Not in a in curious what’s wrong way but as though it was inconvenient for her to take my order. So I ordered from the menu in front of me. She said we’re on breakfast. I told her that the dinner menu was on the screen. Her disdain for her job was appalling. I hope someone fixes this place. The reviews tell its story.

Went during breakfast time. First off 2 lady’s fought and argued over who was gonna take my order. Got a large Dr Pepper and the lid wasn’t completely on and spilled. I got a sausage egg mcgriddle no cheese and it was completely hard. Hard to bite and not as I remember. Completely horrible experience will be going to the mcdonald’s down the street.

The food quality is okay, and that’s about it. All the tables are dirty, the staff moves sluggishly and pays no attention to cleanliness — there’s literally nowhere clean to sit. The filthy tables are covered in streaks from half-hearted cleaning attempts. The kitchen staff swears so loudly that you can hear every curse word from the dining area — especially “great” when you come with a child.

This McDonald's is so rude everytime we go there. Tonight they skipped over us when we we're in the right lane Drive thru....didn't they were out of cones. What a joke. Plz do better.
This is the worst service ever. There was no one in the drive thru and they parked me which is ridiculous. They parked 5 car and then gave my order to the wrong car. Obviously I didn’t want the bag that someone else had been rummaging around in. If I could I would give no stars.

Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru for an online mobile order . Horrible slow service . Amazing how Chic fila has such fast reliable service but this McDonald’s is the complete opposite. Shocked management doesn’t do a better job in hiring and enforcing work rules and procedures.

This particular store is out of hand. It doesn't matter how many complaints I've made in the past about this particular store only but it just doesn't get better management/owner obviously doesn't care food constantly comes out wrong almost every time I order. This morning 5:00 a.m. nobody in line nobody around and I get a stale Egg McMuffin that isn't even hot. They send me gift cards for free food and I don't want those I just want what I ordered in the first place. Hot and fresh. Not a stale Egg McMuffin from yesterday morning. This is why I do my very best to never ever ever ever stop by a McDonald's and it's because of this store specifically. None of the other stores seem to have an issue
