The hours posted say it opens at 5 AM. Get there at 5:30am, No Answer at the drive-thru. 3 cars waiting for some response but the Employees inside are ignoring the customers waiting. No communication. If you aren’t ready to serve, then just adjust your hours. simple. Chikfila doesn’t have this problem. This isn’t a reflection of McDonald’s. This is a reflection of the store manager, who doesn’t hold his employees to a standard customer service.

I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes. The young people who work there are RUDE and not well put together! Extremely dissatisfied with McDonald’s!!
Completely messed up my order. I asked for original chicken sandwich but they placed order to McCrispy, I double checked with them but he confirmed its same which is not correct. My little one likes original chicken sandwich and he couldn't enjoyed McCrispy. Completely disappointed with this order.

There fire alarm was broken and kept going off on us and it hurt my daughters and mothers ears and some of them the French fries were raw . The service was okay the lady I was served by was pretty sweet but the men SUCKED at there job it took very long for food . Just pls be safe don't go here !

They charged me the wrong price, about $5 more. I waited for my refund, and she would only give me $2 and some change back. I got robbed there ?, but I had to go, so I just left. They usually mess up my order as well.
