Don't even bother going inside especially if you're doing a mobile order 20 people working there but nobody will help you with the counter.

Had a free fries code and they inputted it in the system it went through but to them it says invalid and incompetent manager says “nothing I can do” I will be taking this to hr so the manager which was a black lady I don’t know her name but just hand me my damn free fry

4 of us got food and asked for 4 water cups. Apparently only one cup is free and the any others are 27 cents now. Charging for water is crazy!
One of the cleanest and most efficient McDonald's I've ever seen. Floors and tables are not sticky, bathrooms are nice and clean. Orders are served quickly even when there's a long line in the drive through.

Woke up and thought man today would be a great day to have some McDonald's with my fiance. So then I order go to the restaurant and something glitches and it's okay no problem. I'll go inside. When I get inside they say that I have not confirmed my order and I nicely and basically say it will not allow me to put the parking spot number into my phone. Something is glitchy. The employee was very rude. Continuously shunning me away when I was trying to just say that I've ordered my food. I've gotten here and I can't get the number put in so that you can bring out my food. They kept saying you have not confirmed your order and I was trying to show them. They would not even want to look at my phone to confirm it with me, what was happening. And then the icing on the cake was given two empty cups and basically told to go and make my own drinks. This was one of the most horrific and absolutely idiotic situations that I've ever dealt with. The customer service from this employee is very very very low. As a customer with no hard feelings and only wanting to get my order correct. I was met with this disrespect. For whatever reason. I would highly suggest no one deal with this particular employee. Sorry I did not get the name of said employee but I'm sure that the attitude of said employee has towards customers, others will be able to see it as well.

I got coffee and didn't realize they add sugar and creamer instead of giving it separate so I had to get another one. They were nice about it but it took a long time.

Went through the drive through had to pull over for my food and they got it wrong . I called him when I got down the road. They’re like I’ll turn around and bring your food back in. Will take care of. It already was running late anyway cause it took forever.

Me and my buddy muug were trying to order a milkshake and the lady over the speaker in the drive thru was very rude said we was getting on her nerves and that she didn't need to provide us with service never going back to this location
