Woke up and thought man today would be a great day to have some McDonald's with my fiance. So then I order go to the restaurant and something glitches and it's okay no problem. I'll go inside. When I get inside they say that I have not confirmed my order and I nicely and basically say it will not allow me to put the parking spot number into my phone. Something is glitchy. The employee was very rude. Continuously shunning me away when I was trying to just say that I've ordered my food. I've gotten here and I can't get the number put in so that you can bring out my food. They kept saying you have not confirmed your order and I was trying to show them. They would not even want to look at my phone to confirm it with me, what was happening. And then the icing on the cake was given two empty cups and basically told to go and make my own drinks. This was one of the most horrific and absolutely idiotic situations that I've ever dealt with. The customer service from this employee is very very very low. As a customer with no hard feelings and only wanting to get my order correct. I was met with this disrespect. For whatever reason. I would highly suggest no one deal with this particular employee. Sorry I did not get the name of said employee but I'm sure that the attitude of said employee has towards customers, others will be able to see it as well.

Stephanie is a horrible went in ordered on kiosk got my food and mentioned about purchasing a toy a worker said sure no problem, when she came from the side saying no they have to wait. Wait for what when we waited for our food we can’t ask a kiosk. Then proceeded to have me standing at the front register ignoring me until she felt like telling a worker she can cash me out. Her attitude towards the Hispanic staff is completely unacceptable. I’ll be calling corporate after this review. She’s rude and should not be in charge of other people

I have a 5 star review but ever since, I’ve been noticing that y’all are not filling the medium fry box up.. this is ridiculous! I started to not even do a review but this has happened the last few times I’ve been there… coming from RH on a 30 mins lunch break just to order a fry and a frapp, I’d just EXPECT my fries to be fresh and at least filled… this looks like a small fry dumped into a medium box. I didn’t notice it until I stood the box up…. SMH
Picked up order only to find my beverage had been made long before my order was ready. The employees at this location felt it was ok to give me this as my frozen beverage. Crappy location with crappy employees.
