This is going to be the most honest review of this location. I work nearby and I come here about three to four times a week. I have nearly 50,000 points on the app, and they are almost all from spending money at this McDonald’s. They are always busy, but the service is fast and efficient. I’ve tried pretty much everything on the menu, and the food is consistently good. If you’re reading this review, you’re in the right place—just come here.

This is a great location with lightning fast service. In fact they brought out my food so fast that I was worried they gave me a pre-cooked Quarter Pounder, but it was as hot and fresh as it's supposed to be. Plus, bonus points for having working equipment so I could have a McFlurry, haha.
The dining room is really nice too with interesting log cabin aesthetic and tasteful Christmas decorations. The seats were comfy and it was very clean. I'm glad I came.

This McDonald’s location is my favorite, but today I was very disappointed. I ordered the McRib sandwich meal and I have to say this was the most hideous looking sandwich that someone felt was acceptable to serve to a paying customer. It was hard to eat it. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Need to take some pride in your work and not slap it together, the McRibb sells itself , the fries were ok and the Arnold Palmer was not made right . But again the Mcribb sells itself , once it is gone I will be picky again where I stop and this will not be a place
The employees are always so nice and food comes out faster than I can pull up to the second window lol. they need to work at chick fil a with that type of customer service

My review is based on 1 employee - the tall black man who appears to be a manager. The rest of the staff is usually professional, courteous, and friendly.
During a visit, I complained about my soda not being filled to the top line of the cup. The employee working the window was willing to provide me with the difference. The tall man walked over while I was talking to the other employee and asked me to pull forward. The other employee informed him that she had already filled a cup with soda. The tall man stopped her from handing the drink to me and asked me to pull forward. Why do I need to pull forward for a soda? To me, it seemed that he wanted to be “alone” with my drink. When I didn’t pull forward, he opened the lid of my cup and then turned his whole body around so that it was blocking the window and obstructing my view of him pouring the smaller cup into my larger cup. I have no idea what he was doing to my drink while his back was turned to me. Both the asking me to pull forward for a soda and the placement of his body in front of the window while opening my soda did not make feel good about my purchase. While I greatly appreciated the other employee’s help, I did not appreciate the way the tall man acted. For all I know he was upset I asked for more soda and was twirling his fingers in my drink. At the same time, he may not have done anything to my drink but working in hospitality, he should have known better than to have my drink out of sight while adding another item to it.

Went in to buy hash browns for thr monopoly got cheated with this Mcdonald they don't have any but the app allows purchase of the game the company has on going
Asked for onion they gave me yesterday's onions burned
