This is my go to Moe's location!!! Every time I visit, the food is prepared well and hot. Also, Lisa C. is so nice! Upon my first visit to this location, she was the person that greeted me and prepare my meal. She is one of the reasons why I continue to come to this location. She really makes your day with her positive attitude and friendly demeanor! :)

Expected everything to be good; however, was a complete enhanced experience. The GM/Operator Lisa makes this location shine with her ability to understand what you want and deliver it (literally & figuratively)

Today we came in around 7:30pm like we always do on Sundays after a day at Carowinds. We order our usual bowls and we primarily eat here on Sundays because kids eat free, my son got the chicken quesadilla and my daughter got the kids rice she doesn’t get Anything in it because she has acid reflux and chokes easily on chicken/ meat etc. Mind you we’ve been here nearly 10+ more times to eat dinner. They’ve never EVER have had an issue not charging us for her “kids meal” (literally just rice) but tonight they Did. The manager mianca (idk if that’s how you spell her name) and was told that was her name, was VERY VERY VERY rude. She said because my daughter didn’t get MEAT in it is why it wasn’t considered a kids meal, INSANE!!!!!! But my friends who tagged along brought their son he got the same thing (kids rice bowl) but he added chicken to his and they rung it up as a kids burrito and he got it for free, mind you my daughter is 6 and their son is 13. I am Beyond livid, she doesn’t deserve to be a manager she had an attitude from the moment she started to assist the cashier. It’s unfair and makes no sense as to why my daughter with plain rice got charged but my friends son got rice with meat and his was free. I will likely not return nor will I recommend anyone else to this location or moes in general, me and my husband was so upset that we ended up barely eating our food, it was a very disappointing disgusting interaction with this certain manager and she seriously needs a reality check.

The staff were welcoming even though a couple of them seemed to be a bit stressed. They fixed our orders very well. The food was good and at a good price.

Fair! They are a little stingy with the protein but the over all food is decent

Do not I repeat do not order from here. The service is terrible the place is extremely disorganized and a ticket takes almost an hour to fill.

Update: Moe’s is one of the best franchises ever. Locations can vary a little, but I’ve never been disappointed. This location is excellent. I’ve been there more than any other location. My recent visit was A+ excellent. The food is always great, and the staff here is excellent. Great service, very friendly, and the cashier even pointed out I have a bunch of rewards points I didn’t know about. Pricing everywhere has gone up, and Moe’s is no exception. But it’s a good value for excellent food and I’ll continue going there because it never disappoints.

Original; Go here all the time. It's really good. My kids love it. Glad FM finally got a Moe's! Only thing is they need to wipe down the tables more often - sometimes at dinner, it’s hard to find a clean one.

To me the food was a little over priced & didn't come with a drink they are Xtra but Iust say that the food tasted great

Service wasn’t great. No one acknowledged us for a few minutes. It was six o’clock and only one person behind the counter. The other two came out a few minutes later but no one acted like we were present.

Workers weren’t rude but also not helpful or friendly. The guy at the register didn’t even speak. He rang up and then just stood there. The only words he spoke were “do you want a receipt

Everytime I come to this location I am charged a different price for a simple scoop of beef into a bowl of queso. 1st it was $8 then it was $10 and the last time was $14 (a week ago). Ridiculous. Come up with a set price so your employees are not so confused about how to charge for something so simple. Also, the huge bag of chips were stale.

On top of the price gouging and stale chips, the man who prepared my order wiped his mouth with his bare hand right before he grabbed a pair of gloves to prepare my food. I should've walked out then. I will not be back.
