Terrible experience! Poor customer service from not only from the store manager but also her father who is the owner! I love th Moes franchise and was sadly disappointed in this particular location. Please do better.

I was glad to see all the employees. Did not see a manager. Place was messy and no lids for the drinks. Advertise the carnita but did not have any. Yes drive thru but no one working fast enough to have it open

Today we came in around 7:30pm like we always do on Sundays after a day at Carowinds. We order our usual bowls and we primarily eat here on Sundays because kids eat free, my son got the chicken quesadilla and my daughter got the kids rice she doesn’t get Anything in it because she has acid reflux and chokes easily on chicken/ meat etc.
Mind you we’ve been here nearly 10+ more times to eat dinner. They’ve never EVER have had an issue not charging us for her “kids meal” (literally just rice) but tonight they Did. The manager mianca (idk if that’s how you spell her name) and was told that was her name, was VERY VERY VERY rude. She said because my daughter didn’t get MEAT in it is why it wasn’t considered a kids meal, INSANE!!!!!!
But my friends who tagged along brought their son he got the same thing (kids rice bowl) but he added chicken to his and they rung it up as a kids burrito and he got it for free, mind you my daughter is 6 and their son is 13.
I am Beyond livid, she doesn’t deserve to be a manager she had an attitude from the moment she started to assist the cashier. It’s unfair and makes no sense as to why my daughter with plain rice got charged but my friends son got rice with meat and his was free. I will likely not return nor will I recommend anyone else to this location or moes in general, me and my husband was so upset that we ended up barely eating our food, it was a very disappointing disgusting interaction with this certain manager and she seriously needs a reality check.

We stood in line for over 30 minutes watching them prepare food for carry out or DoorDash orders. So incredibly frustrating at this level of service. I don’t recommend anyone to come here.

Moes has changed their chicken, cheese, and I want to say olives. I couldn’t put my finger on it before but as soon as I saw the cheese switch I knew. It’ll never be the same

I ordered a Homewrecker burrito and received a salad. I called the store and told them the person that I talked to told me it was a Doordash problem, not their problem. I guess with customer service like this, I can see why Moe's around the world are going out of business.

4 years later and the food and service is still absolutely horrendous… I’m not sure if this moes has a general manager or if it’s franchised but someone should really step up and do something

Giving 1 star. I feel the drive thru only worked once it was first put in and been broken for years now. Came today since my cat is in the car from a vet appointment to use this feature... STILL broken.

The service and food were good as usual but the place was dirty. Floors, tables and even around the register were all dirty. Salsa bar was kinda scary cuz it was dirty, too.

Always trying to charge for free cups of Chipotle Ranch and its always out where the other sauces are self served

This is by far the cleanest restaurant I ever been to, and the staff is amazing and the general manager awesome person she is very helpful
