We are very disappointed in the place, especially given the high standards of other naf naf grills that we have visited. We ordered a falafel bowl and while everything else was good, the falafel was undercooked. When we pointed this out, requested if they could cook the falafels again, the employee at the counter did not agree and told us that all they can do is refry the same fried falafels and started explaining to us how those are cooked (my wife is Lebanese btw) !!! Even after explaining that is not how it works ( as it would overcook the crust) the employee shrugged it and failed to respond. Without the falafels there was no point eating the vegetarian meal. We are very disappointed in the service and hope that atleast the restaurant can better service their customers.

Always a great treat when we go there for food. The new chicken strips are pretty tasty! Highly recommend for local middle eastern food!
My husband and I both had chicken shawarma… we both are sick. I wish we would’ve read the bad reviews also; this place seems to have a history of giving food poisoning. 🤮

Great place! Love the falafel pits and entrees. The garlic sauce is truly amazing. A great place to get a bite to eat that is full of flavor. Employees are always very nice too.

Great food amazing staff, especially the shift lead. The only catch for me is that the food made me so incredibly gassy! After I finished, the food had me slapping my belly and farting haha! *barp*

Took advantage of the buy one get one bowls deal. I recommend the chicken shawarma with the basmati rice and garlic sauce. Very flavorful and filling. I got four meals out of two bowls. The fries and baklava are also very nice. Will definitely order again!

Great Mediterranean food at Naf Naf. The falafel were delicious and cooked perfect, honestly best I have had in awhile. Get the garlic sauce!
