The food is good for Mediterranean restaurant but doesn’t have a variety toppings compared to Mezeh. Overall not bad.

The employees here were amazing. I experienced inclusion and not targeted racism as I saw in a previous review. As a person of color I throughly felt respected here. The employees respected certain food allergies I have. They also have clear signs of what is in the sauces, people should pay attention to the signs that show the food allergies. Overall will be coming back again!

This was my second visit to a NafNaf, but first time here. Food was great. Very tasty. Employees answered questions. Wish there was a location a little closer but we will be back.

As someone who genuinely values entrepreneurship and the way local businesses can bring life into a community through service, I left Naf Naf feeling disappointed.
I’m not sure whether this is the effect of large chain franchising or simply a disconnect from the importance of customer care, but my first experience fell short. My teenage son and I were there for a simple mother son date. He placed his order and tried a sauce, later realizing it contained allergens. When he politely asked if it could be changed, he was told he would need to pay for a second order. When I asked for clarification, I was told this came from the manager.
From a strictly transactional standpoint, I understand the policy. From a service standpoint, especially given it was our first visit and involved a genuine mistake around allergens, the response felt rigid and unwelcoming. Moments like these are opportunities for businesses to build trust and loyalty, especially with families.
What lingered with me most was the feeling of being dismissed rather than cared for. I couldn’t help but wonder whether the interaction would have felt the same if we were of a different race, and that concern stayed with me longer than the meal itself.
I share this not to attack, but in hopes that leadership reflects on how policies are applied and how customers are treated in moments that call for empathy, flexibility, and human connection.

Naf Naf Grill consistently delivers. The food is fresh, well-seasoned, and made to order, with plenty of options for different diets. The bowls and pitas are filling without being heavy, and the toppings bar is always clean and well stocked. Service is efficient and friendly, even during busy times. It’s an easy, reliable choice when you want something fast that still feels like a quality meal. Highly recommend.

First visit to dine at Naf Naf. We ordered a steak bowl, pita sandwich and a kids meal. The steak was cooked to order, all toppings are a must and don’t dare skip the sauce. We were very please with our meal and will definitely be dining there again.

My first time eating at Naf Naf grill was ok but could have been better. The food overall was tasty , however when I bit down, there was something very hard in my food, something not edible. It hurt my tooth. It only happened in one part of the meal. The rest of my meal was normal and fine. Also, when it was time to place the chicken into my bowl, the bin was empty. Instead of just giving me chicken from a new bin , the person scraped up the little remnants and crumbs from the empty bowl and tossed it into my bowl. I would have preferred she didn’t do that. Those bottom of the barrel pieces did not look appetizing. Then I was charged over a dollar extra for a very small scoop of hummus. I don’t mind paying extra , which they did inform me about ahead of time, however please give me more than that tiny scoop. What they gave is not worth a dollar.

We are very disappointed in the place, especially given the high standards of other naf naf grills that we have visited. We ordered a falafel bowl and while everything else was good, the falafel was undercooked. When we pointed this out, requested if they could cook the falafels again, the employee at the counter did not agree and told us that all they can do is refry the same fried falafels and started explaining to us how those are cooked (my wife is Lebanese btw) !!! Even after explaining that is not how it works ( as it would overcook the crust) the employee shrugged it and failed to respond. Without the falafels there was no point eating the vegetarian meal. We are very disappointed in the service and hope that atleast the restaurant can better service their customers.
