We sat on the patio at Napa. The experience, attentiveness, food, engagement was exceptional. Our server Grant was extremely knowledgeable and well-rounded. He was a pleasure to engage with and a great addition to our lovely evening. The management and food runners were also very attentive and pleasant as well. It was an overall excellent experience.

Didn't have to wait which was good. Service was ok but they brought out my daughter's food about 10 mins before our food was brought out. They then bring out my girlfriend's dinner. Waitress asked if there was anything else they could get us. I said yes. My dinner. My daughter's burger looked burnt and she stated it was very dry. Girlfriend's potatoes were cold. Chicken burned on the bottom but overall she said her stuffed chicken was good. The shrimp meal I got was very good as well as the fresh bread. I would order the shrimp pasta again. On one note, the key lime was very good for dessert. View of the pond was nice as well as the atmosphere of the restaurant.

Grant was an awesome server! He did not miss a beat and made us feel very welcome and made sure we were informed. He was outstanding! To the point we asked if he'd taken some classes somewhere lol (seriously)! Everything was delicious! We had the wagyu burger, caesar salad, and stuffed chicken. We will definitely be back!

We've been finding the food at Napa to be very inconsistent. It was fantastic when it first opened. Some common dishes I get there seem to be made different each time. I gave it another chance after a really bad experience of food coming out ice cold, but think I have to take it off of my list. It's too expensive to keep “giving them a shot”.

We normally enjoy our experience here. But this time around our experience was just off. The drinks and bread service took a long time. Then they brought me the wrong drink. The server told us they ran out of specials, but then we overheard another server offering the special to the table next to us. Weirdest part of the evening - we were celebrating a birthday (which the server acknowledged). They told us they had something special for the birthday girl. They brought a small dessert, but charged us $2 for the dessert. That seemed a little odd as most small birthday desserts aren't usually charged.

We went for our anniversary. The food was slow coming out of the kitchen, but our waitress, Sam, was very attentive and kept us posted on our food status. The appetizer special was very good. Our entrees were delicious. The presentation and taste were top notch. They surprised us with a complimentary dessert.
