This place is great and very authentic, the staff is friendly with great service. The owner,Carlos, walks around and will make sure everybody's happy. I would highly recommend trying the carnitas👌

Food was bland for mine and my boyfriends. Had higher hopes. But could have been an off day. Was super slow. Super was very friendly.

I recently visited this Panchito’s restaurant as a vegetarian, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and flavor of the all-veg options! The veggie enchiladas and mushroom tacos were absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Their guacamole was creamy and well-seasoned, and the homemade salsa had just the right amount of kick.

I also appreciated that the staff was attentive and willing to customize dishes to suit my dietary preferences. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual dinner with friends or family.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the wait time was a bit longer than expected, and I wish they had a couple more unique vegetarian dishes beyond the usual classics. Still, everything we ordered was tasty and well-prepared.

Definitely a great spot for vegetarians who love bold Mexican flavors. I’ll be back! 🌮🥑

The food was ok. Friendly staff, the bathrooms are connected to the hotel and they do not have changing tables that is not good. My family enjoyed their meals

This is a hidden gem tucked away in the back of cheap motel. Don't let that deter you. It's some of the best Mexican food in the area (and I'm picky). There's never a wait for a table. Service is good and fast. Prices are great.
