Panera Bread

I’d like to give a special shout out to Amanda who took excellent care of me this morning. She was polite, kind, warm, and charming. She had fresh coffee brewed and it was hot, everything was stocked and the bakery was full and plentiful. I hope she is truly appreciated as she is a hidden gem and you don’t find people like her often. Some Paneras I’ve been to with kiosk, you don’t get greeted or acknowledged and it’s not a good feeling when you go into a place to spend money. At this Panera, Ms. Amanda is the best and we had a lovely chat and she really brightened my day, & made my morning 5x better.

Used the app for a Rapid Pick-Up and my order was ready exactly when it said it would be. Everything was packaged correctly and the food was fresh. Definitely my go-to Panera in the area for a quick, hassle-free lunch.

Ordered on kiosk and was told on the pick two could not take to the onions off so want me to pay like 14 bucks in think instead of 7 over onions like no reason why can't take something off I won't go back to this location other stores don't give me issues like really did not add or change anything then I could see ordering the higher price one maybe someone needs to contact a lawyer to find a change

I was just in for a pick up order but they made sure my food was ready and told me where to find everything that I needed. The staff was very friendly and polite.

Carmen and Erika were so rude to me when I asked for my sandwich to be fixed. They had so much attitude and I will not be coming back

I am pasting the same picture from another review because I had an issue with these same individuals. Erika yelled at me and bucked for asking for napkins - completely unprofessional and unwarranted. Who hires these types of people and keeps them employed when they are clearly ruining the entire establishment and making it an unsafe environment for everyone around. There are already accusations of racism and aggression from so many others. Carmen as well is beyond uncivil insolent. They have no home-training and are offensive to customers. This panera and it's manager are not doing their job and need to be placed elsewhere

Carmen and Erika are extremely combative and rude. Beware of these individuals making your food. My sandwich was made wrong so I kindly asked if I could get it remedied and was immediately met with a bad attitude and defensiveness from Cameron. Then Erika chimed in and was rudely told me i was wrong and they were right. I felt bullied and dogpiled on for no reason. I finally got it remade but couldnt even trust that they didnt do anything to my food, so ive also wasted money on an establishment that mistreats their customers. I've noticed them be rude to other customers in the past and now I know that this is their regular customer service. No accountability or simple empathy from these two. It is just food, mistakes happen and I understand that employees go through so many things - I am in food service myself. That's why I remained kind, but these two are not qualified to serve the public and handle anything that people are going to ingest. Management is not doing their job by keeping these two around, especially after so many complaints against Erika.

My sandwich had 3 slices of turkey, 2 slices of bacon, and half a a slice of cheese spread across a whole sandwich. Terrible, not worth the money. Soup was good

I like this place for being clean cosy and having great coffee and nice people working there. My kids love it for cookies and muffins.
We've been in this location so many times and it has been consistently awesome. Everything is just perfect.

Very rude manager! Argued with me about the order my 85 year old father made. They charged he and my mother over $45 for lunch and then questioned me as to why i didn’t say something! I was saying something! I was so disrespected that I told her Nevermind and went back to our table. She never came over to make restitution ! Poor customer service! Not to mention food on the floors and tabletops no cleaned off. Just really disappointed!
