Arrived around 11:30 and ordered a drink just for the man at the pickup window to hand me someone else’s drink. The drink was ordered over an hour before I arrived and was watered down from the ice melting. Extremely disappointed at the laziness shown by the worker!

I ordered a sandwich for rapid pickup through the app. I realized i forgot to take onions and tomatoes off, and couldn’t edit my order as i had already placed it. I called the store and asked if they could modify it for me and they did! Even though they were pretty busy. Incredible service. Thanks Panera staff at Kingsley!

Poor portion size of Mac N’ Cheese. Didn’t know that there is now an option to pick between a cup or bowl size. When my food was done, I looked down at the Mac n’ cheese and was disappointed by the portion. Went back up to the counter and explained my disappointment, the staff members didn’t say anything. Just looked at me like I was stupid. Will not be returning.

Where can I start! Wow Riley was so amazing I asked for a light roast and well they were out! She went out of her way to Brew it for me! She was absolutely awesome did it with a smile and just made my day because MAN it was gonna be a rough one if I didn’t have it! So Thank You again Riley for taking care of me and that store!

This is the second time in a month that I've received the half size salad for the full size. Either it's a training thing or a margin thing. But now that this has happened twice, at this price, I will think twice about picking up lunch at Panera.

This location in my opinion has been headed in the wrong direction. Past few meals have not been very good at all. Me and my family went in one time to order and were ignored for 10 minutes so we got the hint and just left.

Always the best this place kept me alive during the pandemic. During lockdown they came and delivered. Simply the Best Panera.

I ordered dinner for three for delivery yesterday, 6/15/24. When it arrived one of the sandwiches for the order was missing. I called the store directly and the manager on duty, Ted or Teddy (I'm so sorry I don't remember exactly) went way above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. He even kept in touch with me the whole time, so I knew how long it would be for the item to arrive. It was so refreshing to feel like someone cared, even though it truly was not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. Thank you so much Ted/Teddy! My family and I greatly appreciate you!!!!

I bought a dozen bagels slice not toasted. When I asked if the lady in the kitchen if I could toasted one of the bagels she said I would have to buy another bagel to get it toasted..... naw already bought a dozen. Sorry if I was asking for a little customer service.Also when I check my order there were no Plain bagels that I ordered.

I had already driven away to my job to eat my lunch there… turns out the chipotle avocado melt sandwich had rotten avocados… which is sad because the main ingredient is avocado. I would've just taken it off and not complained but I am pregnant . Manager was really kind and refunded me for the sandwhich … but just make sure you check your food before you drive away.
