Ordered wings and cheesy bread from Papa John’s and everything was great! The food arrived right on time, still hot and fresh. The wings were flavorful with just the right amount of sauce, and the cheesy bread was perfectly baked and delicious. Very satisfied with both the food and the service!

I stood there for almost 30 minutes waiting for food When we asked about the food he couldn't even find the order number so we had to show him our order number,the manager went looking an there we stood 15 more mins with out any Acknowledgment,what so ever an we looked at the staff a Lil better only to see no gloves no hair nets they were picking at the face then touching the doe so went left

I walked into the store to pick up a pizza I had already paid for, expecting a quick and simple transaction, as is usually the case. An employee acknowledged me briefly by saying, “We’ll be with you in a minute,” but then I was left waiting for approximately 10 minutes without any further communication or assistance.
During that time, staff members were occupied with preparing pizzas and restocking ingredients, seemingly unaware or dismissive of my presence. It felt as though the fact that a customer was waiting had been completely overlooked. I am disappointed because I am a regular customer here. On the plus side the pizza was actually quite decent!

Customer service lacking. Make sure you bring pizza home and have yourself a pizza cutter ready, because you may think it's cut, but it's all an illusion. Got two pizzas, neither were properly cut (not cut through at all, and not cut square as requested). Store was completely empty when I got there. Thought the reopening would have brought a nice reset, unfortunately won't be returning back.

Yo - this place needs to close down so I can order from a good papa johns. Beyond terrible food, forgotten drinks and sauces. Un-garliced/parmesaned garlic parmesan bread sticks. Simply terrible. Edit: Didnt even mention that the chicken wings gave my girlfriend food poisoning. God knows what happens in that kitchen cuz it is unholy

Look I’ve tried to like this place. Last week for delivery they sent the wrong drink and did not cut the pizza. So I did walk in today, the people hate their jobs and just don’t care I was told 15 mins and it was 30. Too many options out there to settle for substandard.

We have ordered from here for a while and it is always kind of up and down on timeliness which bothers me and this order also took a while and was slightly cold when it arrived but this just was beyond bad. I ordered garlic Parmesan breadsticks with my order and pictured is what I received! Ridiculous! I ordered delivery so I don’t feel I can speak to atmosphere.
It looks like they're closed and they deserve it too poor service my wife and I ordered a pizza one night and they didn't deliver it and when I called they said that I was out of their area and I wasn't you managers take no if you're not doing your job the doors will be a closing

So apparently the store hours are still saying that the Fort Mill Papa John's are still the same. I get there and see that the store is and had been closed for some time now and all the calls get forwarded to the Celanese location in Rock Hill...RAD!!!!
