The pizza quality is inconsistent. I have had more bad experiences than good. I have had issues with original being a new yuck style. Pizza is not rising properly in the oven. Toppings are not cooked. I have had doughy pizza where it was not cooked through

Horrible experience. Ordered pizza that came cold, no cheese, dried sauce, and no pepperoni (ordered a pepperoni pizza). Called for new order or refund. The manager said she would send another one out. 1 hour later still no pizza so I called back. The manager proceeded to tell me u couldn’t get a refund and hung up on me. Twice! Never ordering from here again.

When the person behind the counter decides to acknowledge that there is a lobby full of people he looks at me then mumbles and walks off

Terrible service. Our order got kicked out to door dash for delivery which added another hour to the wait time after already waiting an hour for it to be made. There is no way I’m paying for old cold pizza. I called to get a refund and a fresh pizza and was told very unapologetically “not gonna happen.” They could have ate the cost of a couple pizzas to keep a customer but chose to be rude and lose a customer for life.

I've only ordered here twice and wont do it again. These people sent me oreo bites without part of the oreo bites. The icing was no where to be found. On their site they make the biggest deal about the cream cheese icing but no icingnto be found when I ordered off grub hub. No way for me to get the icing unless I now drive myself which isnt happening so they basically ruined what was supposed to be a dessert to be enjoyed. Thanks Papa Johns for leaving out the best part of the dang dessert. Never again. I never liked Domino's but they never missed anytbing on the order. They always got the order correct and didnt forget any key things. I'll be using them for moments like this from now on. Yall used to be decent about 10 years ago. What happened?

The pizza we had last night was so good. My kids and I were very pleased. On 10-15-25, whoever made it did a wonderful job. Will be back. Even the gluten free was very delicious.
I ordered chicken parm papa bites and Oreo bites. Initially my ordered was entered incorrectly. The girl working the register was more interested in her phone than getting my order into the system correctly. She eventually went to get someone to correct the entry error. When I came back to pick up my boxes (total of 6) I asked for a bag. She point to the side wall. She did not offer to put them in the bag nor help me as my right hand was in a brace. My son came into the store and put the boxes in the bag. The Oreo bites were small, some were burnt, and kind of hard. The parm bites were smushed and not good at all. I ended up throwing out the food. I will never eat there again! Don’t waste your time nor money.
Fantastic pizza and great service! Among the big pizza chains, Papa John’s really surprised us with the quality this time. The large pizza we ordered was fresh and delicious, and the kids loved it too. We had asked for half veggie/half cheese, but since the system didn’t show the half-and-half instructions, the order came out as a full veggie. When I mentioned it at pickup, the staff immediately baked a small cheese pizza for my kids. Really impressed with both the food quality and the quick, friendly customer service. Thumbs up!

Ordered wings and cheesy bread from Papa John’s and everything was great! The food arrived right on time, still hot and fresh. The wings were flavorful with just the right amount of sauce, and the cheesy bread was perfectly baked and delicious. Very satisfied with both the food and the service!

I stood there for almost 30 minutes waiting for food When we asked about the food he couldn't even find the order number so we had to show him our order number,the manager went looking an there we stood 15 more mins with out any Acknowledgment,what so ever an we looked at the staff a Lil better only to see no gloves no hair nets they were picking at the face then touching the doe so went left
