I went to pickup my order and as I was standing in the store to pay there was a customer standing literally beside me as I'm attempting to enter the passcode for my debit card. So since the guy was literally in eye view if me typing my code. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and so I asked if he could step aside for a second while I pay. Instead of it being an polite excuse me I was meet with an attitude by this door dash guy and the pa pa John worker as well. Not sure if I'm wrong but I think someone is entitled to privacy when entering personal information but maybe I'm just getting old.🤷

I recently ordered a veggie pizza using Uber eats. I ordered it at 6:45 PM and it says the estimated delivery is 7:40 PM but the surprising thing is my order was never picked up but they say your order is picked up and given to someone they never delivered to me. I have been wait 2hrs but never been done So when I called the customer assistance, they say you have nothing to do with us. All you have to do is talk to Uber eats, very bad customer service and when I spoke to Uber Eats, they have no problem with the order. The mistake is from restaurant.

On July 4th 2025 I called about a carryout order from the Hwy 160 Fort Mill location. I told the staff I had mistakenly selected carryout instead of delivery. The manager said he would cancel the order and recharge me, no problem. After I gave him my address, he said I was outside the delivery zone. I told him I live just 5 minutes away. I asked him to repeat the address, and he read back EXACTLY what I gave him, so it wasn’t an error. I mentioned I had recent deliveries here, including for my son’s birthday. He said my address was “no longer in their delivery sector.” I pointed out that the website allowed my address for delivery, but he said, “I’m sorry, I can’t have a driver come to that location.” I dont live in a questionable location, but even if I did he can’t refuse to serve me if im in the zone esp in daylight Then he told me the order was canceled and basically just hung up. I was shocked and hurt. I still don’t understand why service was denied , other than who I am. What other reason would he not be willing to assist me. I simply won’t support them again and perhaps it was a God divine intervention given they don’t use gloves to make pizzas which never sat well with me and being that it was the 4th I’m sure sanitation was the last thing on your mind.

Great location. Pizza and wings were perfect, yet two orders of 8 wings to only get 4 flats is beyond disappointing when you dislike drums.

Delivered pizza but didn’t ring doorbell or knock. Just left it on the chair. Delivery person said it was handed to me, but it definitely was not. It sat outside for 10-15 minutes before I realized it was there.
These guys are always solid. They called me just a few minutes after I ordered to let me know they were out of something and offered a replacement right away—super helpful. My food always shows up hot, on time, and exactly right. The drivers are friendly and never have any trouble finding my place. No complaints at all!

Even cheese did not melt properly. Toppings on whole pizza are not evenly distributed. They are just at one side.
