There is a young girl that works there who is so sweet ..has a wonderful look to go along with her personality, so nice to be taken care of by someone like her...Just hope y'all know how lucky you are to have her there.

Pizza tasted ok, but not sure about the value, since the ordering experience left me feeling shortchanged. We were walk-in customers and I am confused why there is no price list available. Not even ads or posters with the current deals or big ticket items. So we were disadvantaged and ordered on full price without knowing about the deals. The place only had 1 chair me and my husband shared while waiting for our order. Pizza has too much crust and toppings not distributed well enough. Disappointed.

Pizza was lousy. Very little cheese and very few toppings (pepperoni & mushrooms). Will not be ordering pizza from here again. Overall just a lousy experience.

Should have read reviews. Stop with the DD delivery. I live 4 minutes from the store and my drive is tracking in Ballantyne AFTER picking up my order. I have never. And after this, I will never again. I give another star because the manager was apologetic. Papa John’s needs to bring home the delivery because this is ridiculous. I’m 98% sure my order was stolen

Why are employees eating pizza off the heating racks and closing the box and putting it back… the dude licked his fingers and proceeded to prep food. Then there was a mix up with gluten free crust and as the employees discussed amongst themselves that it would be fine, I stepped in because that was my order. That would have made us very sick. Do better

Ordered med pizza with Canadian bacon.
Canadian bacon was little tiny strips and very little. The pizza pie tasted like a med cheese pizza. Pizza was very thin.
Will not order again! Pretty bad experience !

Order got canceled 30 mins before closing and called and no one answered SO DO YOU CLOSE AT 12 OR 11:30

Very disappointed!!!!I ordered large Works…It’s was not cooked properly!!!Crust was made half way cooked…Do not order from this place!! It’s Iwas 11:30 pm but employee closed the door already,had to stay outside and wait for half cooked pizza!!!!🤮

It was ready as soon as I walked in the door ,I placed my order at 4:41PM. I walked in to pick it up at 4:56PM ,it was so hot and delicious 😋 Thank you so much 😊

Absolutely impressed with the friendless of this location. We had an order of 55 pizzas to be picked up at 1130. They were finished at 1125 and they helped bring them to our car and had a super positive attitude :)

Hate that they use DoorDash for delivery. I have had nothing but issues since then with delivery. They have left the food at someone else’s house many times. The manager has made it right and delivered a new pizza and a full refund each time. The manager is to be commended for her recovery

This experience I had today was INFURIATING. It is lunchtime and this Papa john's is running 25 minutes behind schedule. First they said 15 minutes. And the wait kept getting longer! I don't know if it was short staffing or just nonchalant employees that don't value the customers time. At LUNCH-time, your FOOD business needs to be on point and ready to serve the public. We have limited time to get in and get out and get back to work. This was a terrible experience to say the least. They even had Door Dashers stalled, standing around waiting for their pick up orders. It was ridiculous and the attitude from the staff made it seem like they were not concerned or feeling any kind of sense of urgency. I won't be back to this location ever again.

Pizza arrived having obviously been flipped upside down. So half has no toppings. The other half is just a mess. No need to pick a crispy crust if it's going to be destroyed on delivery.
