It was ready as soon as I walked in the door ,I placed my order at 4:41PM. I walked in to pick it up at 4:56PM ,it was so hot and delicious 😋 Thank you so much 😊

Absolutely impressed with the friendless of this location. We had an order of 55 pizzas to be picked up at 1130. They were finished at 1125 and they helped bring them to our car and had a super positive attitude :)

Hate that they use DoorDash for delivery. I have had nothing but issues since then with delivery. They have left the food at someone else’s house many times. The manager has made it right and delivered a new pizza and a full refund each time. The manager is to be commended for her recovery

This experience I had today was INFURIATING. It is lunchtime and this Papa john's is running 25 minutes behind schedule. First they said 15 minutes. And the wait kept getting longer! I don't know if it was short staffing or just nonchalant employees that don't value the customers time. At LUNCH-time, your FOOD business needs to be on point and ready to serve the public. We have limited time to get in and get out and get back to work. This was a terrible experience to say the least. They even had Door Dashers stalled, standing around waiting for their pick up orders. It was ridiculous and the attitude from the staff made it seem like they were not concerned or feeling any kind of sense of urgency. I won't be back to this location ever again.

Pizza arrived having obviously been flipped upside down. So half has no toppings. The other half is just a mess. No need to pick a crispy crust if it's going to be destroyed on delivery.

What can I say? Better ingredients means better pizza. They made me a good pepperoni pizza quickly with no hassle and at a reasonable price. What more could anyone expect? That is all.

I ordered online via the papa John’s website like I have always done and followed the tracker which indicated my order was ready. Upon arrival to the store, I was notified that the order was lost and was actually never made. They said they could make it in 7 minutes and upon further questioning, they stated that there was nothing else they could do for my inconvenience. I asked to speak to management and apparently the individual helping was the general manager, Emily, who subsequently called me rude and disrespectful just because I was frustrated with what was going on. I would certainly expect much better customer service from someone in management and I will never be supporting this business again.

The pizza made me sick. The delivery guy was awesome! He was on time and very pleasant.
