Really upset with my pizza tonight. They were very old and weren’t even cut. Papa John’s is way too expensive to have to deal with their pizza not bing up to par.

What can I say? Better ingredients means better pizza. They made me a good pepperoni pizza quickly with no hassle and at a reasonable price. What more could anyone expect? That is all.

I ordered online via the papa John’s website like I have always done and followed the tracker which indicated my order was ready. Upon arrival to the store, I was notified that the order was lost and was actually never made. They said they could make it in 7 minutes and upon further questioning, they stated that there was nothing else they could do for my inconvenience. I asked to speak to management and apparently the individual helping was the general manager, Emily, who subsequently called me rude and disrespectful just because I was frustrated with what was going on. I would certainly expect much better customer service from someone in management and I will never be supporting this business again.

Every Wednesday we order from here. Pizza is great and consistent. We never have bad food from here. It is also very timely and speedy. Every now and then you might catch a challenged employee but it's been quite sometime since they have had staffing issues.

Zero stars wold be better. Almost 14.00 for a medium (12 inch) pizza. No tables or chairs. Served by a overly tattooed cook with a gross nose ring. Pizza also tasted Mike like card board than pizza dough.

Didn’t even get our food. Ordered plenty ahead of time. Driver went and delivered to the wrong place and didn’t even bother to call about not having the right place, then store manager decided they’d rather Doordash a remake which they said would be over an hour and a half so by the time we got it it would be 1 in the morning.
Pizza had not sauce, worse pizza I have ever had. Waste of money

Ordered on DoorDash, but order was canceled bc store was closed. You guys really need to fix your DoorDash to where you don’t accept orders past a certain time. This happens to too many people it’s stupid.
