Place is filthy and the service is awful. Have preserved a number of times online and always is delivered incorrect. Thought I would make the trip for pickup and order is 30 minutes late. Pizza slut is overpriced and dirty. Go somewhere else.

I would not trust this store’s posted hours AT ALL! Said they opened at 12 pm on Saturday. Placed an order for pick up for 12:35. The online tracker said the pizza was cooked and ready. Head to the store to pick it up and the store was completely dark, doors locked, and no one was answering the phone. A Door Dash driver was also waiting outside for an order. Had to scramble and luckily Toppers was able to quickly make our order. Tried several more times to get ahold of this store that afternoon but never could get through.

I’m now on my 4th horrible experience with my local Pizza Hut. I have finally reached my limit in forgiveness with this place. Once they delivered my pizza to the wrong home and then redelivered the wrong order to my house. The last 2 times the breadsticks were not cut and the pizza was very cold. Today, I placed an order on the app at 1 for delivery at 6. I called at 6:30 to check on the status and come to find out they voluntarily cancelled my order but never alerted me. Absolutely Disgraceful customer service!

The food was delicious. The kids loved it. The delivery was accurate and very fast. They have great deals very reasonable for the prize. I love Pizza Hut. I pick them over Papa John’s any day. They’re the best.

First, let me start by saying that I typically ONLY write positive reviews, wishing to abstain from negativity.
However, I feel like not warning other customers about my experience would be negligent. I truly wish I had paid attention to the reviews before placing my order, but I have never had a problem with quality of pizza before with Pizza Hut.
I live in Charlotte, and was visiting Fort Mill this past weekend, pet sitting for a friend. I ordered a large supreme, pan crust and when I opened the box, I was certain I was given the wrong order. The crust was not nearly as thick as I remember it being, but the worst part was the minimal amount of toppings. I counted and there were literally only 6 tiny slices of mushrooms, on the entire pizza. The pizza was also undercooked, so I added more toppings to truly make it a supreme pizza, and baked an additional 20 minutes.
This is why when I'm in Charlotte, my pizza of choice will always be Jet's Pizza! They may be more expensive, but in life, you get what you pay for, and they are always very generous with their toppings!

I immediately called and asked if I could pick my order up about thirty minutes later and she was unwilling to change it. She said that she couldn't change "future orders" and I might add she is the manager. I am not sure if this is a policy across all the stores but from now on I will go to one of the several other pizza restaurants in the area willing to accommodate their customers and strive for great customer service. If you are ordering from here, you better make sure your order is correct before you submit.
