GIVE ME THE OPTION TO ORDER THROUGH DOORDASHâŠ. I placed my order for delivery, 15 minutes later I get a text âHey weâre using a third party partnership, your meal is being delivered through DoorDashâ I CALLED and told the rep, âPlease cancel, I ALWAYS HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH DOORDASHâ she told me âHe has a good rating, itâll be fineâ I agreed (against my better judgment)âŠ.. 30 minutes later my phone rings âHe delivered it to the wrong house, weâll mark it as undelivered and youâll receive a refund in 3 days!â đ so Iâm hungry and out of $30 for 72-hours because I trusted Pizza Hut! And it BETTER BE REFUNDED W/IN THAT TIMEFRAME!

Placed an order online for pick up. Once I arrived 29 minutes later the pizza isnât made they claim they called me saying they run out of stuffed crust and instead they going to make a deep dish pizza. Once Iâm home I see the pizza is normal pizza and burnt. I called the restaurant asking just for the difference of stuffed crust vs a regular pizza refund as soon as the âmanagerâ answer she was extremely rude and I as soon as I told her my name she got an attitude and started saying no youâre not getting a refund, she cut me off and hung up the phone on me she didnât even let me tell her the pizza was burnt. I always order from this Pizza Hut and they are always rude which I donât complain about because as long as Iâm getting what I order and it taste good but this time not only she was super unprofessional she was super rude and I didnât not get what I paid for. I will never order from this location ever again. Hereâs a picture of my order both are supposed to be stuffed crust you can tell the one with pineapple is burnt. I also check online the deep dish pizza is less than a stuffed crust so at the end of the day I go scammed.

Christy the manager of Fort Mill Pizza Hut is very professional and understanding to her customers. She really focuses on satisfaction and aims to problem solve your issues. I had an experience that wasnt the best and spoke with Christy about it. She promptly heard my issues and corrected the situation. And expressed her apologies and a solution for future issues not possibly not occur. She made sure my next order was correct, fresh, and satisfaction đ to my approval before leaving the store. She definitely is an asset to this location as a manager. My breadsticks were accurate. My pizza was fresh and good quality.

Ordered delivery from this location this date. Pizza arrived warm and incorrect. I ordered pepperoni on them whole and then bacon and cupped pepperoni on each half. Received no cupped pepperoni and little to no cheese or sauce. The crust also fell off the pizza when the box was opened.
Called the store only to be told the order wasnât incorrect because the girl that answered the phone made it herself. Advised her that it wasnât correct and didnât have hardly any cheese or sauce in addition to the missing cupped pepperoni. She put me on hold and then came back and said he would give a refund of $16. Paid $30 total with tips and fees. Not pleased with the resolution of this and disappointed in the lack of care when I called.

I ordered the new flat bread Italian one with onions, roasted peppers, pepperoni and sausage. And I added extra cheese. One it looks wet and two I paid for extra cheese and its definitely not on here.
Corporate needs to either give these employees a raise and compensate them or close the store.3 months no ac is insane and they continue to work hard.thats not a restaurant at this point its a plantation exploiting itâs workers for gain smh.get them some air conditioning gosh they are humans
