I ordered wings and pizza. It cost me $30 but I was told $27.80 over the phone. The cashier was nice but when I walked in I was not greeted or was told to wait for a moment. They saw me and didn't say anything. Once the cashier came out she did say sorry for the wait. Food was good but mind you I brought wings and asked for ranch the cashier proceeded to ask for more money. I don't know any food place that ask for money and say sauce doesn't come with the chicken wings.

Worst experience I've had in awhile. I know there's a special going on tonight but sad excuse for poor quality and attention. Got in and 4 people were waiting ahead of me. Nobody was up front to answer any questions or explain the wait. My app Saud it was ready when I got there but I still ended up waiting 20 more minutes when I got there. Finally handed me pizzas and I was surprised because I ordered 2 larges and was given 1 LG and 2 med. So they explained they didn't have enough to make 2 of the same type of dough pizzas. I don't know what they were talking about. Checked the pizzas and was surprised again the ingredients were not what I ordered. I said where's the green peppers and I didn't order Mushrooms, good thing I don't mind Mushrooms. But the was like we can make another one but it will take time. At that point I had waited enough. The large is so sloppy the ingredients don't even cover the whole pizza. The mediums are just sloppy made. Will not visit thus one again. I'll stuck with Lake Wylie.

ZERO STARS! In all my years of living I’ve never been threatened and followed to my car by an employee, and for it to be over a $10 pizza that was the absolute worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life should tell you what type of establishment this is. I was told to bring my pizza back for a refund just to be threatened and spat at, yes the employee spit fluids from his mouth in my direction. Mind you my 1 year old son is with me having to witness this ridiculous ordeal. He should be fired at the least but lucky for him I kept my composure because it could have certainly ended a lot worst for that individual. Stay Away, disgusting workers , disgusting place!!!!!

This time I got a delivery order. My food came and both large orders of cheese sticks were missing. When I called they were very kind and immediately sent out the rest of my order. I am always happy with this location. Even when something is missing or a simple mistake was made, these guys continuously make it right. Thank you for taking care of our needs!

I am writing this review at 1 pm, on a Saturday, during the middle of the lunch shift. Your store had a SINGLE employee. In the middle of lunch. When a few people don’t show up, that’s one thing. But when only the manager shows up, that’s an employee quality issue. I’m writing this here because I tried contacting corporate after my experience, and got the runaround from a bunch of bots answering phones. This store has been going down hill since the middle of 2023, and it is now reached the point where it is not functioning on the busiest day of the week. This store either needs to increase its wages to attract better quality employees, or it needs to shut down.

Now I ordered something super simple. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, onions, jalapenos. I put in the instructions to square cut it. Somehow even that was messed up. The pizza I received clearly was made simply as a pepperoni pizza that I believe was made for someone else that didn't pick it up and they decided to just throw onions and jalapenos on it without even running it back through the oven and give me that. Look at this picture you can tell they just threw raw onions and jalapenos on it. Like come on now why not care about the quality of your product. Wont order from here again and will just go back to Papa Johns.
