I had a great breakfast at Poppyseed. The vibe was cozy, and our servers, Addie and Kelly, were friendly and attentive. I ordered the “Local” dish and “poppyseed pancakes.” The “Local” was fresh and flavorful, with fruit substituted and crisp rosemary potato hash. By the way, their biscuits are fluffy and homemade🤤.
The poppyseed pancakes were fluffy with a perfect lemony glaze. Service was quick, portions generous, and prices fair. It got a bit noisy during the rush, but Addie and Kelly kept things smooth. Highly recommend!

Extremely friendly and tentative staff, you don’t see that too often.
Lively place that is welcoming and fun.
I stopped in and got the BLT with the potato hash. Incredible and high quality ingredients. I grabbed one of their pastries to go, I couldn’t help myself.
Locally owned and managed. You can tell a lot has been poured into this place.

Excellent food with an eclectic selection. Great coffee and service! What more can you ask for? Editing review in 2025 still love the place, but the sound / noise level is so high. I can barely understand the folks at the same table with me. Because it’s difficult to relax in this environment I’m not sure I’ll be returning unless this improves….
