The best redbowl location! Their service is top notch. I don’t dine in much but I do order takeout every now and then and cannot say iv ever had a bad experience. Placing an order over the phone is easy and fast. Every time I have called in they have my food ready in 15 minutes whether it’s a small order or I’m ordering for the whole family. All the workers there are so kind and greet you with a smile and a great attitude! Food has always tasted amazing and a huge shout out to the crab Rangoon’s. All the staff deserve credit for their kindness and dedication to customer satisfaction.

I ordered on yesterday for delivery and this time my meal wasn’t up to the standard I’m used to from this restaurant. I ordered Veg spring roll, wonton soup, and shrimp fried rice. The shrimp fried rice was the problem. The shrimp was not prepared as it usually is, the fried rice seemed to be a mixture of white rice and fried. The fried rice usually has peas, carrots, egg and other veggies.There were very little veggies, and that’s what I especially like from this restaurant. (Other places I’ve ordered from don’t add the veggies). I hope they haven’t started to ‘skimp’ on ingredients. I’d appreciate it if you stick with the recipe you usually use. It tasted overall bland. Thanks

Wednesday night we went to eat here, got our food right away, wife had soup which was ok, a Vietnamese spring role with peanut sauce that was rancid , I had the beef chow mein which was so oily and greasy that the beef tasted like chunks of fat. We didn’t see our waitress the entire time we were sitting, my wife wanted to let them know how rancid the sauce was but she basically ignored our table for an hour. Mind you there were only four tables of patrons in the entire place. When I finally hunted her down I had to raise my voice and quickly ask her to bring our check. She then never returned to take it, so I then proceeded to take it to the front desk person to pay and she rushed out and grabbed it from my hands. We both experienced severe diarrhea all day today, which I have not had for over five years. Needless to say we will Never return.

Came after work because I haven’t had red bowl in a long time. The waitress I had was horrible!!! She put my water at one end of the table and my lemons at the other end of the table! I am big on tipping, but if your customer service is horrible you want get a dime from me!! I’ll never visit this establishment again!! First impression from someone depends on my attitude!!!
This was absolutely disgusting!! I’ve never had bourbon chicken like this. The chicken was terrible and it was all sitting in a broth type liquid. Again, not real bourbon chicken! I threw it away. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I ordered sautéed vegetables I didn’t want rice but excepted the brown rice since there were no substitutions… The vegetables was beautiful in color but steamed and hard, not sautéed there was no flavor maybe a tablespoon of sauce…. I think they were trying to get rid of the overcooked rice I bet it was at least two cups packed in the little tray… I hate wasting money $9 for a meal I didn’t ask for or like

Very disappointed in food quality. Pad Thai smelled horrible and had to throw it away. Sesame chicken was not cooked and kids did not want to eat it. I tried it and it was horrible as well.
