Really enjoy slim chickens. Food is fantastic and staff is super nice. Only critique is I wish they had a little more variety on the menu. I mean I get it, chicken is in the name but maybe some more salad options. Regardless, check them out, it'll be worth it!

So we went here on a Friday night after a baseball game to get a bite. The website stated the drive thru was open until 11p for late night menu. We got there around 10:30 and waited for someone to acknowledge us. Well they did. We heard someone yell “we’re closed!!!!” But not through the speaker. We pulled around and saw 3-4 people run in the side door and could see them laughing through the drive through window. Clearly teenagers. Shockingly what is more disturbing is the fact that I contacted corporate customer service and got zero response. My husband likes the food here and it’s very convenient, but we will not be returning.

The food was great but the service is spotty, a lot of teens that work here seemed like they were forced to get a job by their parents. You might get a nice young guy help you or a rude young lady. Either way the food is good just don't be surprised if some of the kids here seemed privileged and apathetic to serving you.

Very good, we came here on Wendsday for the chicken and waffles deal. Very good mix of sweet and salty! Love this place!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered through Drive Thru and was told, not even asked or said nicely to park. Waited over 10 minutes no one came. Finally went inside to check and my food was magically ready. So I guess they forgot about me but said they were waiting on food to cook but I was the only one there.. no apologies nothing. Food is good though.

This is my go to spot love slim chickens service last night was TERRIBLE!!! Cashier was rude and sadly was working both windows. Food was cold cold wings taste like they was just fried no seasoning very disappointed. Tried to call no answer so I will throw the food out and return to Zaxbys.

Lunch at the drive threw. Chicken 🍗 was ok, salt 🧂 was over powering for the garlic parmesan tenders, the bone in wings were smaller than I expected but the sweet red chili 🌶️ flavor was good. Mushrooms 🍄🟫 were good 😊

The workers at the windows always have bad attitudes here
