Super slow drive thru and not the first time. Waited over 15 minutes after ordering. I could hear staff yelling inside while I was sitting at the window. No apologies. A line of cars behind me. This location needs to do better. My entire 30 minute lunch break was spent waiting on my food.

I have always had a great experience dining inside the restaurant. Today I had the worst experience ordering from the drive thru. The person taking my order was extremely rude and the food was stale.

Floors, tables and bathrooms were filthy! French fries were old and stale tasting. I went to throw my garbage in the can and there wasn’t a bag! The garbage fell out underneath onto my shoes. Horrible experience. It was too bad because the one in Concord was really good and was clean. We had looked up locations and saw this one which is closer to where we live. So disappointing! The franchise owner needs to do something. We won’t be back. Sadly.

I would give this fast food restaurant a 5 star if they picked up on speed with serving customers. They are so slow at the drive-thru, and last time I ordered the chicken salad they left off 3 ingredients (which is what makes the salad, one being the French onions) and added more lettuce. I honestly think it was purposely because it was a replacement for a messed up previous order. Just being honest.

Some chickens may have the best parmesan garlic I ever taste it they have exuberant wonderful customer service there's dark skin lady with glasses there's a dark skin man and there's others The whole team they were really great at giving us good food great service and the atmosphere was pleasant and even the booths are comfortable
