I love that this Starbucks is in this really cute white building. Baxter Village is just an adorable little spot. We did hear a worker cuss out some kids, so that was kind of funny.

Business basics, how important is the Customer Experience?
This is one of the reasons I'm rarely a fan of big franchise joints like this. Sometimes, I make an exception. I do like the ability to order from their App and cruise thru the drive-thru and just say 'mobile order for Jon'.

Today when I cruised thru around 930a, I sensed something was up because the line was MUCH longer than usual. This is a very POPULAR location at Baxter Village.

The line was moving SO SLOW!
I saw multiple people parking, going in picking up their order and then back in their vehicle and leaving and I'm STILL sitting in the same spot in the drive-thru line.

Then I saw THE SIGN. The handwritten one scribbled and taped to the order kiosk. Which read 'our speaker is broken'.

By the time you see the sign, there is NO WAY to get out of the line. You are STUCK!

I'm no food service professional but just ask yourself, would it not make more sense to have that sign posted BEFORE you enter the drive-thru line?

Where is the Customer Service?
Where is the Management?
Where is the Leadership?
Where is the individual employee who steps up and says 'HEY, there might be a better way?

No, it won't happen because this is a franchise that is TOO BIG to fail.

I was in line for 30 minutes to pick up a coffee order I had already paid for so I had NO CHOICE but to endure this.

I ordered a grande chai latte and piece of banana bread at drive-through this morning. The chai tasted like hot water and I believe it to have been in a smaller cup. The banana bread was smaller than any I have ever received and tasted stale. Both were thrown away. Please know I am not a complainer and usually let things slide but this was horrific.

We did ask but didn't get whipped cream on our iced mocha. This is the 2nd location that's done this.

Went to this location Tuesday with a mobile order 7 items 3 drinks 2 croissants 2 breakfast sandwiches this was around 1030/11am and was told at this window that they are a very busy location and don’t have time to fill orders like mine because they are a busy location and if they were any busier they would not have made my order (there was no one else in the drive thru) had a $5 tip ready to hand her I didn’t give her the tip

This was the worst experience today at the Kinsley location. I have always had a good experience. I ordered my coffee through the mobile app, in hopes it would be faster. I arrive to the speaker to let them know I have a mobile order, she lets me know they were working on it. Fine, I drive up and another car in front and I wait. My turn, they tell that mine is not ready so I have to drive around again. What? I ask what’s the difference if I ordered at the drive thru rather than mobile order? The girl says, “ I just do what I’m told and we are not rushing mobile orders anymore.” In other words there is no answer other than they are putting priorities on drive thru orders rather than mobile orders. So if you have mobile orders and they aren’t ready be prepared to make circles.

Great coffee, but a little overpriced in my opinion.

So we love going to this one, if we are in the area just for a quick drive thru. The inside is rather small and I was really dissapointed to find out they aren't a store that sells their seasonal cups. We've had a few instances where they were out of several things. If you are looking for a more open atmosphere I recommend the one in Kingsley Park... They also have cups and I assume they have more product in stock at the location, they are rarely without items.

Personnel are extremely professional and courteous! Love the building and its character! Local charm makes the visit fun. The employees just top off the experience. Hands down the best Starbucks visit all around by far! The drinks were perfect, and the speed at which they were made was exemplary. Thank you!

I’m coming every single Sunday to this location everything have been perfect. Today the team on working in the location have been a disasters the barista didn’t make our coffee waiting for another person to starting her shifts it’s is absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately every Sunday is a different teams but today 11/03/2024 have been very bad day for me and my wife (just the team before 12:45 pm)

Drive up is designed poorly with the pickup window to far from where you can drive up. Everything else has been good here, staff are friendly, service is fast. I love the double smoked bacon, last visit i got a soggy one and i let them know and got one on them this visit and it was perfect. I like companies that except they messed up and make it right.

Really cute store on the outside! My only complaint is that it was a little dirty in the seating area by the entrance, but what can you expect when people don’t pick up after themselves. A nice place to sit down and do some work if you’re in the area and the staff are super friendly:)

Honestly, I went there because my power was out from the storm and I needed Internet to finish some work. While there I had iced Mocha Coffee. It was delicious. And I stayed long enough to eat lunch there too. I ate the turkey sandwich and drank a black tea lemonade. Tea could stand to be a little sweeter. Sandwich was delicious. I am grateful for the free WiFi, and really enjoyed the food too!
