Quick friendly service. Coffee is burnt as all Starbucks coffee is.

Cute location but please train your employees how to make a matcha latte the correct way. Every time I order from here it is basically a cup of milk and almost white... Such a waste of $6 every time.

0 to customer service. We came with my friend today to purchase to drinks and food and ending up leaving -as nobody would check us out there. We had been waiting near cash register for 10 minutes. One employee was right in front our faces making an order and ignoring us. The second employee was about to come but when she approached she said she needs to make drive though order. No “hello”, no “we will be right with you”- just silence. We just left without any food/drinks to another place. It was only one car through drive through there.
The owner should know that.

This is the worst starbucks I have ever been to. Management needs to do something about the middle and high schoolers who do nothing but cause problems for paying adult customers.

Middle schoolers running around everywhere on weekdays from the hours of 3-7pm. Groups of 7-20 kids. Complained to staff who stated manager refuses to do anything about it because that’s where most of their business comes from at these times. No parents around to calm their kids down.

For the second time, my app has notified me that my mobile order is ready and I have had to wait 10+ minutes for my coffee. This store is poorly organized.

Rude employees

Absolutely horrible service. I’ve been going to this Starbucks for months now, pretty much every day of the week unless I have something to do and can’t make it by. I’ve gotten to a point where I’m on name basis with a few of the employees as I see them every morning. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with pretty much every employee there until this morning. Trying to ask a question about the difference in ordering online versus at the intercom because she was scolding me like a child for not giving them enough time to finish the two drinks and one food item, that mind you were done when I got to the window, as they are every single morning. Someone with an attitude problem that severe should not be working window where they are one on one with customers, because obviously she cannot handle it. She couldn’t even handle a simple question without getting rude as well as not even knowing the reason why I couldn’t do what she’s trying to tell me I can’t do. A simple answer where you weren’t being incredibly rude, couldve ended in me learning why I cannot do the thing you’re telling me I can’t do without feeling berated for wanting a $7 drink that I paid for that was handed to me as soon as I got to the window.

If you want to be on time for anything don’t come here. If you have 30 minutes built in and go through the drive then ok. Otherwise you will be late. I live close and when I say I dread going here I’m serious. They are in a good location as far as population so they get hella to go orders, drive thru and ppl walking in. It’s a tiny location as far as sitting goes. And to layer that I find they are the only Starbucks that runs out of items too consistently, whoever is doing the reorders needs to pay more attention to their data because waiting in line for 15 minutes just to place the order and find out “oh it’s out of stock, sorry” is fine one time. Not several. I’m officially pulling out of the line now and that took 25 minutes on a Saturday at 9:30. And the crappy part is their line is barricaded so you can’t even get out if you’re like screw it. Once you’re in you’re in.
