I LOVE Starbucks. I purchased the delicious cinnamon coffee cake requested not warmed. All the other starbuck keep the danish in the wrapping and give to you. I didnt notice until I got home it was unwrapped and placed in the starbucks bag?Big no no. Especially no gloves on the hand .The ladies are so sweet though. I threw it away.

I live out of town and twice I have attempted to get a quick easy off the menu drink from this satellite location, they have been "cleaning" their espresso machine. Extremely rude staff. Starbucks should be embarrassed of this location should just shutter it.

Why is Stephanie always mad? In our recent trip there, a young blonde employee was helping us and doing a great job! She was kind and friendly, but Stephanie came over and yelled at her in front of everyone, for not greeting us immediately when we walked up. Even though we literally only waited about 5 seconds, with no line.The irony is Stephanie has yelled at us and other customers before for not waiting patiently to be helped ?‍♂️ I hope she’s not like that constantly. Because I feel really bad for those kids that have to work there and endure that every day.

Ordered a Venti Matcha Green Tea Frappuccino, no whip, add 5 pumps cinnamon dolce syrup and a Venti Java Mint Frappuccino, no whip, extra mint. When I first walked up to the counter, there was 4 employees just standing around seemingly doing nothing. It took a minute before one came up to take the order. 2 of the employees left and had just a guy to take the order and another girl that seemed to be stocking stuff. While I was trying to place my order, the girl came over and engaged with the guy about whether she should make drinks or get strawberries which took the guys attention away from me. She interrupted us twice.Then we got the drinks and neither of them were made correctly. Both labels on the drink had no whip written on them, but both had whip. Matcha had the note for cinnamon dolce syrup, but wasn't added to it. My Java mint turned out to be some chocolate mint thing (which I didn't even know exist) and there was no Java in it. Didn't bother with trying to get them re-made because it would have wasted about as much time as it took to write this review and they probably still wouldn't be correct. The customer service here is appalling. Do not recommend.

Servers/ baristas we're all very nice, I had the pistachio cold brew....it was great, tasted of butterscotch, wife had toasted white mocha, price was as expected.

So my fiancé went into get a coffee before she went to work this morning and the girl in there was rude she ordered her coffee then asked for 2 bagels and the girl told her we don’t have any bagels go to the deli meanwhile there’s bagels sitting in the counter then she made the coffee and tossed it on counter at her if u hate ur job that much you shouldn’t be working there don’t be rude to your customers that’s why people don’t come back and trust me we will not be coming back if I could have gave no starts I would have don’t try and ruin other peoples days just because your not happy and they put the wrong lid on the drink to begin with

This place has the absolute worse customer service!!! Every time we go in there, we have a terrible experience with Sage. She never really interacts with the customers, she's always very rude. She took my order, walked away & didn't ask my boyfriend if he wanted anything. The other coworker there had to take over for her. We always tried to be nice to her but never again! She needs to be fired.

I've literally ordered Starbucks every single morning of my workweek for the past couple years with no issues at 2 different locations. After starting working from home a few weeks ago, my routine changed and the location closest to my home is now my nearest Starbucks which is unfortunate bc so far there's been an issue with almost every order I placed. From the baristas normally acting annoyed at the fact they have a customer, to them trying to adjust, correct and/or change my order (not just make suggestions, literally trying to tell me I may be meaning to order another item) when I know exactly what I'm wanting...besides this my order has been wrong a few times including today so I guess I'll need to return to the prior location I frequented near my job even though this one is closest to my home since this location appears to not be able to get things right.UPDATE- This review was meant for the location on Stockbridge in Fort Mill, not this one! I spoke with the manager at this location however and she was so helpful she offered to correct their mistake. That was so extremely nice but I declined bc I want the location that messed it up to be advised. Just wanted to clarify :-)

This location is staffed with the rudest most self serving people I have ever encountered in a customer service role. Today I was accused of asking for a gift card to be loaded in such a way that the cashier rang it up wrong, blamed me to her co-workers and then stood there complaining and tapping the computer screen that she was supposed to be off the clock already. I just said, "Give me my money back. I will take my business elsewhere." No apologies nothing. Second crappy experience with this location in 2 weeks...I'm done. Get it together or find another job that doesn't require you to interact with the public.

This location consistently delivers subpar drinks with the "I do not want to be serving you" attitude. The only thing it offers is convenience if you want a black coffee to sweeten yourself.

I'm not huge on their coffee as I'm not fond of dark roast, but I do love their black tea.
