Probably the worst Starbucks in the area. Only go here if you want your order wrong and rude service. The drinks are too expensive for the experience here. Waited 17 minutes for an app order. Told the manager I had to go so I wanted my money back and she walked away from the register and started making drinks. When I asked her why she ignored me, she said my drinks were coming. Not sure if I was ignored bc I’m black or she’s just rude. Either way, never again will I come to this location. I will drive out my way to go to Kingsley.

Was greeted very rudely with attitude . “What do you want?”
My girls and I ordered. Cashier was very curt, “is that all?” Did not say thanks, have a good day , etc. (even after we were friendly to her)
Complained gruffly to the other employee about how busy they were. (No one else was in line)
Put my kids strawberry lemonade down and dropped the straw next to it with an annoyed eye roll.
At the pickup counter an older man asked nicely if the drink on the counter was his wife’s. The girls rudely replied with a huff, “You can read the label.” He was nice to them and said “Sorry I can’t read it because of my eyesight “.
They looked annoyed and looked at it and said very rudely “No this is not it, are you sure she ordered from the right Starbucks ?”
These young girls should have been nicer to this gentleman and everyone in general. We will not go back to this location.

Ordered a pink drink. All of the pink drinks I have ever ordered have been consistent except for here. My drink was pretty much just cream/milk. When I asked them to fix it they said they would just make it the same way and were unwilling to work with me. I had to request a refund because they don’t know how to make one of their most popular drinks. Very disappointing.

The worst customer service I have ever had in Starbucks. 2 girls were chatting with someone whom they knew and were working slowly and it took 4 minutes until she came to register and took the order and this only small Starbucks in Harris Teeter. The tall girl was rude.

The place in Rock Hill is 5 stars because there all people understand what is a customer that’s meant they making everything to see happiest face on all customers that going there. My wife loved this place for the amazing environment. Thank you all for amazing services 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I ordered decaf but a few hours after I drank it, I was sure they had given me caffeinated. My entire weekend was ruined recovering from the caffeine.

There is nothing like the atmosphere at Starbucks. The kids love chilling inside ans hanging out.

One person, overcooked Danish and it was a 15 minute wait. The manager seen it and ignored. The lady was doing the best she could with no help.

Did a mobile order this morning that was supposed to be ready at 7:51am. As of 8:10 it still was not ready. When I asked about it they said they were really behind and that I could go to the Harris Teeter customer service to get a refund. If they would stop taking walk up orders and doing those first and take care of the mobile orders there shouldn’t be an issue. Or turn off mobile ordering temporarily to get caught up. The whole point of a mobile order is so that you can order ahead and not have to wait 20+ minutes AFTER the time quoted it would be ready. This is not the first time this has happened. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from this location anymore.
