I ordered decaf but a few hours after I drank it, I was sure they had given me caffeinated. My entire weekend was ruined recovering from the caffeine.

Did a mobile order this morning that was supposed to be ready at 7:51am. As of 8:10 it still was not ready. When I asked about it they said they were really behind and that I could go to the Harris Teeter customer service to get a refund. If they would stop taking walk up orders and doing those first and take care of the mobile orders there shouldn’t be an issue. Or turn off mobile ordering temporarily to get caught up. The whole point of a mobile order is so that you can order ahead and not have to wait 20+ minutes AFTER the time quoted it would be ready. This is not the first time this has happened. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

Fast service, but no coffee brewed so I opted for a 3x espresso and that scratched my itch. Location want compatible with the Starbucks app, so no points toward freebies.

Ordered two iced coffees, can’t get a nitro cold brew here. But watched the girl put water in both cups, then filled the cups with ice. I dont know if the girl did it know how to make the coffees, or if that’s the way it’s supposed to be made. But I’ve never seen it done that way before. needless to say the drinks were mostly water, pretty expensive cups of water.

My husband went into this location yesterday morning around 8:30am and had the most unpleasant experience we have ever had at a Starbucks we will never go back to this location no matter how convenient it is to our work !!! We will happily wait 30-45 mins in the line at the Baxter village location to get exceptional customer service and great coffee !
Loretta was super nice, funny, and got our drinks out quickly. Blue was rude for no reason . Like we. But oookayyyy.We got our drinks though.

Nice location and good service. Sweets were yummy and served warm. Coffee was hot. Only complaint was that I asked for cream and sugar and they put them in the coffee and didn’t offer any packets. Didn’t like that. Never had that at another Starbucks.

This is a Starbucks that is on the smaller side of things. This entire plaza is sort of in the middle of a very underdeveloped area that will probably be quite different in several years once more growth and construction happens in this area. So you just got to wait it out for the time being.

The coffee was great! The experience not so much.. I felt awkward when I was at the register because the employee didn’t even speak to me and when asked for a straw to stir my coffee I was told I didn’t need one. Maybe it was just a tough morning but I felt very awkward and not welcomed like most Starbucks!
