I have been going here when I pass through the area, very VERY busy location. If the line is too long I usually go to the one across the street at harris teeter, but most of these baristas are so kind. They run out of oatmilk and almondmilk the most often though… because the brown sugar shaken espresso is so good😁😁

it is indeed the slowest and probably the worst service Starbucks in the United States. I travel all over the world and cannot believe this one is the worst. All the reviews about how slow they are are true. Getting orders wrong all the time and being unapologetic, etc.
Expect to wait 20-30 min to get a drink. You will be lucky once a while but I would avoid this location until they change management and staff. I see no improvement since Dec 2023, and you can see other reviews the problem was consistently bad way before that. Truly wish there is another standalone Starbucks in this area. Starbucks cooperate need to see these reviews and take action; this location is damaging its image in a greatly in an area with big growth and very, very nice people!

Went to this Starbucks yesterday. Amazing customer service from this young gentleman named Franklin. He got my orders fast and was polite. This man needs a raise!!!

They say they close at 8:30 and I found no one there at 8:10. Pathetic
I ran through the drive thru while I was in the area and I was more friendly than the girl taking orders. When I got to the window, she didn’t really say much, I paid, and she handed me my drink and closed the window. 🤷🏼♀️The drink was not made well and was in a ventilator cup and I ordered a grande. I’m assuming they were out of that size cup?

This store is very slow and constantly has issues with closing the lobby without telling customers. Drive through like is atrocious.
We sat in line of the drive thru for over 40 min for 4 drinks. When we pulled up there were 4 cars in front of us. It took 20 mine before we ordered. While taking our order the gentleman taking the order got 3 of our drinks and then said I'll be back with you in a min. 5 min later he came back. Once we ordered there was one car in front of us we sat behind that 1 car for 24 min waiting to get to the window. Highly disappointed

Bro. I forgot what drink I wanted cause i’m a little slow right and the dude was not having it. there was like no people in line and he was very sassy and just rude so i got the drink i didn’t actually want. And it was just straight up nasty?? like doesn’t even taste like coffee or the caramel syrup it is supposed to. do not recommend this location. Oh also they didn’t give me extra caramel syrup that i asked for so like idk but i felt judged so i didn’t say anything.

The wait time in the drive through is beyond ridiculous no matter what time of day. The worst part is once in the drive through lane, you are stuck. I don’t even want anything anymore, I just want to leave.

This is a very busy location when you come during the typical peak times . Inside could be more inviting (cozy) but the way the door (entrance ) is positioned its kind if right there . It is what it is . Ambience aside it’s a friendly store with good service .

I normally love coming here the staff is always friendly but today I ordered my drink and sandwich and I asked no strawberries due to allergies and they had strawberries in it. (The pink drink) when I get handed my drink they had strawberries, the lady in the window super sweet and kind nonverbal ran and got who I’m assuming the manager on duty is to come help. When I explain to her she said but the drink has strawberries. I get it without the strawberries all the time and I’m fine, and it’s never been an issue before. She turned around and rolled her eyes and told the girl she is remaking it and walked away with an attitude. Not the best experience from Starbucks.
