My shaken espresso is like MILK.NO ESPRESSO shots, the color was off when I got It and they said bc they shook it.Its always darker with the milk down.its almost would you like coffee in your milk??, no , just milk 😵💫

probably the worst drink experience i’ve ever gotten at a Starbucks or any coffee shop shop. The person who served me was clearly incompetent. I gave her my custom order that I have been ordering for months now and she told me I was wrong about my order and it wasn’t something they did. She also rudely explained it. Starbucks, do better. I have literally gotten the drink from this exact location and when I decide to not order on the app so just give my order I get told i’m wrong and what I was saying didn’t exist. The drink tasted like bitter acid. My friends drink also did not taste normal at all.

On Sunday morning, September 21, the service was disastrous. They don’t ask for your name or the size of your drink. They simply make it and throw it on the counter. It’s a shame Indian Land only has this one location, because it makes you never want to come back. All the customers were just staring at their cups, not knowing if they were theirs or if that was what they had ordered. Truly disappointing. And on top of that, an unbearably loud music was playing.

Been a daily Starbucks customer for years. In Virginia Beach and Columbus Ohio. Only visited this Starbucks across from Sun City bc I'm visiting elderly family. I requested an extra hot flat white and I'm always careful. This was ridiculously hot. And it tasted burnt. When I drive around it made sense, no one was in line just zip to the window. No apology - just a that's fine. I never complain. The person who gave me my replacement said in the future stop at the speaker box - then we can get your coffee ready. She said it without apologizing and with such an unkind tone. I won't be back. Sad. Zero hospitality. Zero pleasant service.
