On Sunday morning, September 21, the service was disastrous. They don’t ask for your name or the size of your drink. They simply make it and throw it on the counter. It’s a shame Indian Land only has this one location, because it makes you never want to come back. All the customers were just staring at their cups, not knowing if they were theirs or if that was what they had ordered. Truly disappointing. And on top of that, an unbearably loud music was playing.

Been a daily Starbucks customer for years. In Virginia Beach and Columbus Ohio. Only visited this Starbucks across from Sun City bc I'm visiting elderly family. I requested an extra hot flat white and I'm always careful. This was ridiculously hot. And it tasted burnt. When I drive around it made sense, no one was in line just zip to the window. No apology - just a that's fine. I never complain. The person who gave me my replacement said in the future stop at the speaker box - then we can get your coffee ready. She said it without apologizing and with such an unkind tone. I won't be back. Sad. Zero hospitality. Zero pleasant service.

Did a mobile order, i was late due to traffic, was having a rough morning, my biscuit was still warm and my salted caramel iced coffee was still cold, the highlight of my day was the smiley face on the cup, thank you for this starbucks to provide me a positive atmosphere

The line was long on the outside, So I go into the place. Just to be over look like I was not important enough. When people was walking up getting there before me . I waited like 25 to 30 minutes. With 7 to 8 people working on the inside 😡

I never complain about restaurants because I try not to be a Karen but this Starbucks is so hit or miss that it’s insane. They’ve been giving me whatever drink they want to give me instead of what I actually order, today I ordered two drinks. One of them was a blonde vanilla latte and the other was a PLAIN brown sugar shaken with cf, and they just gave me two blonde vanilla lattes because I guess they didn’t feel like making my drink. This has happened to me like multiple times. That or they won’t put the cf or extra things that you order, if I’m paying $15 for two drinks, I’m going to expect that they’re made correctly. The employees are always nice but I just don’t understand what’s so hard about making coffee? I never am rude to employees because they are people too but experiencing this over and over is ridiculous. In photo attached you can SEE how both drinks are the exact same. I love Starbucks, so I hate to complain

A Cortoda is a handcrafted drink according to the Starbucks website. The other Starbucks stores in the area, if I’m around there long enough, give me a refill of regular coffee. When I asked for one here they insisted that that wasn’t the case. So I let it go but then I realized looking at the sign sitting on the table (as you can see below) clearly says you can get a refill of hot brew coffee. I showed the sign to lady in pink hat and she said that that’s not what it meant. But she couldn’t explain it to me she was rude and short. She did ask for my number for the manager to explain it to me. They really made me feel like an idiot. I would avoid this place.

Firstly, the line was long and waited about 20 minutes to get to the speaker and another 15 to get to the window. Second, the barista made my drink completely wrong. I asked for a tall crème based caramel ribbon crunch, no whipped cream, extra caramel and crunch around the cup(line the cup). When I first got the drink there was whipped cream on the bottom and on the top with ZERO caramel drizzle and the tiniest bit of crunch on the top and none around the cup. The girl at the window was soooo sweet. She asked the barista to remake it for me and she apologized. Whoever the drive thru girl was on 1/5 at around 2:30pm you are a sweet soul. The barista remade it and the only change she did was put no whipped cream. This time there was no dark caramel around the cup or anything and the smallest amount of crunch on top. It’s crazy because you pay for extra caramel drizzle. I also got two honey citrus mint teas. Extra hot with extra lemonade. Worst honey citrus mint tea ever. I PAID for extra lemonade and received MORE WATER. I get these two drinks often at different Starbucks and this one is the only one that has made all my drinks completely wrong ! Only reason I didn’t ask them to remake those is because I was already waiting for 40 minutes in line and there were more than 10 cars behind me as well.
