Says their open till 9:30 but closed at 7
The Restaurant was clean and beautiful. The sandwich artist, manager, were not very pleasant. And me being silly And going to Subway wanting to use the coupons I got in the mail and they refused to take them. They had the little scanner for the QR code on it. They seem bothered since I did have 4 sandwiches. Won't be going back. There is another location in this area they were amazing.

They don't honor coupons. Every Subway I've ever been to accepts coupons that you receive in your mail.
I went to this location because it is in close proximity to my home and I have a toddler so I’m typically trying to be in and out of a restaurant as quickly as possible. I went inside with my coupon for a foot long meal and to my surprise they have a sign posted on what looks to be a paper towel stating that they don’t accept coupons. That is literally the only reason I came to this establishment. I asked the employee for the reason why they didn’t honor coupons and she didn’t know. I will be taking my business to Harris Teeter next time.

They do not give you enough meat. My husband just brought our subs home and there was literally 2 pieces of turkey on my 6 inch sub. They also do not take coupons. Won't be back!

Store closes early. Online and on the door of the store, it states closes at 9:30. Upon arrival and being poorly greeted, was told the store was closed despite what the door and online says. The young man was unapologetic and did not care. After we walked out, he followed behind simply to lock the door behind us. Very unprofessional.

Looked up online times said they close at 9:30 got there at 9:00 we were told they were closed by the male working tonight looked at the door the hours said 9:30 on the door as well I expressed that and the male locked the door behind us very poor customer service. Ordered a foot long tuna and 6 inch bbq chicken honey mustard sandwichs. Both seriously lacked the main ingredients: tuna and chicken as well as the add ins. Both very thin and below average. They do not honor Subway coupons. Should've stuck with Publix but will the next time.

VERY rude employee, she was aggravated as soon as we walked up, never once smiled, appeared mad that we had multiple sandwiches, when she let us know they were out of something and it took us a second to decide what to get instead, she was visibly aggravated and impatient as we were trying to decide. Not nice at all and made us feel like a burden to even be there. The young man that was helping ring us out was very nice though! The older lady was terrible and ruined our experience here.

I should have checked out their reviews first as well as ask the employee,
WARNING- THEY DO NOT HONOR SUBWAY COUPONS
It should be posted onsite in an obvious place like the front door... of course no mention of it until I present my Subway coupon at checkout... they have lost my future business, and will pass the word around since I work here in the area
