VERY rude employee, she was aggravated as soon as we walked up, never once smiled, appeared mad that we had multiple sandwiches, when she let us know they were out of something and it took us a second to decide what to get instead, she was visibly aggravated and impatient as we were trying to decide. Not nice at all and made us feel like a burden to even be there. The young man that was helping ring us out was very nice though! The older lady was terrible and ruined our experience here.

It should be posted onsite in an obvious place like the front door... of course no mention of it until I present my Subway coupon at checkout... they have lost my future business, and will pass the word around since I work here in the area

They never honor any subway deals. They insisted I order online and when I showed them that the online wasn’t working, just sent me on my way. There’s another subway less than a mile up the road. Will only go there from now on.

Worst Subway in the area. Their location is marked online as a participating restaurant for promotions, but when you place an order, they cancel it because they don't participate. Well then maybe the location should be removed to prevent further frustration and disappointment. Poor customer service, I will not be back.

Subway employees are growing and becoming so lazy!! There are workers at Starbucks fixing hundred of drinks within hours under a short staffed crew and they still manage to remain open. Please stop accepting the money off of my card without fixing my mobile orders.

About a month ago, I had placed an order through the Subway website for Pickup. When I arrived, the employees claimed that they had not received my order at all. Even after I showed proof that I made an order, they refused to make my order, or even give a refund.

Wish I would have read the reviews before going to this subway. Ordered a veggie delight through the app which was made correctly other than being covered in meat so I know it wasn’t the wrong order they just for some reason decided to add meat. Couldn’t eat the sub bc I’m vegetarian and didn’t have time to get it replaced before lunch break was over. Worst of all the phone is disconnected so I couldn’t even get in touch for a refund. The service is so pathetic it seems intentional.

Vegetarian options: They add meat to the veggie delights so double check your sub if ordered online.

This Subway is the worst. First, they have no breakfast, I was told this as if I should already know they "got rid of it long ago."I chose to get a simple buffalo chicken sub with mozzarella cheese. I wanted the fresh cheese rounds instead of the shreaded, I was told it's going to be an extra charge "can't you see the sign" is what I was told.I walked out, I have never been charged extra for a regualr service of cheese at any Subway I've been to. I travel the country for a living - from coast to coast and all the states in-between.I hope he threw away the sandwich he started to make for me and did not try to save it.Sadly for him, he threw out more money than he would have made, not charging me for the cheese.If you are interested in poor service with attitude and an overall rude deminer, this is the place to eat, other-wise, spend your money elsewhere.
