This place deserves 1 star. However, i have added another star for the good guy working here. Most of the options are not available and few sauces are available too. They must consider closing this branch if nothing available.

This has to be the most ridiculous subway I’ve ever been to. It took the employee about 30 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. She was moving slow as a snail. On top of that she has a cold. Fixing my food with her mouth wide open. She also sneezed which further verified she was sick!!! The customer behind me even walked out because she was moving so slow. I’ll never be back! I asked for cookies when checking out and was told they were already sold out….how? If I’m looking right at them!! Worst experience EVER!!!!

FIRE the man that was working today on 2/16 at 12:40pm!!! I stood at the register waiting for him to take my order for at least 10 minutes! He was in the back on his phone talking loud the whole time!! I could see him from the register, sitting in a black computer chair, talking on the phone! I said excuse me multiple times, he then got off the phone and got out of the chair so I couldn’t see him. I’m a regular and this guy has the worst customer service I ever got here!! He is not the guy that I usually see. Long story short, GM Scott, this man needs to be fired expeditiously!!!!

To Subway today expecting to get a sandwich I asked for a BMT on a flatbread. The African-American worker who looked very high and was wearing a beanie, Greeted me very rudely. She makes my sandwich and puts the meat vertically on the right side of the sandwich as opposed to horizontally the long ways. When I confront her about this, she said this is how they train me. I’m new here. I said, can I have it rearranged the way she proceeded to tell me no. I didn’t end up getting because Subway “artist” doesn’t know how to make one.

If I could give a zero star I would.. 5:20pm May 26th.. 1 guy working but 2 in the back talking up a storm, guy working didn’t acknowledge I was there for over 10 min! He then proceeded to make the ONE foot long sandwich sit at the oven while it was baking the whole min and didn’t, again, even acknowledge I was there.. then an older man comes out as says “glad it quite now” I looked at him said I agree he looked at me, continued to ignore me and then continues to cut meat.. this place and their employees not worth the time.. all they do is waste it!!!

This location has the worst workers, I made an order online and they canceled my order after I was charged, and with no communication, I called several times no answer. Very disappointed I also went to this location before and they have rude and unprofessional workers. I will suggest not to order it is a waste of time.

The staff combination that was working on 2/29/24 at 1 o’clock is horrible. Both ladies were moving like snails. One was more worried about talking and not working than making sandwiches, and the other lady was more worried about bargaining making new *free* sandwiches for people that already had what they asked for- just because the customer asked how a different sauce tasted. Line was to the door. Every customer was unhappy and some walked out. In the amount of time we stood in that line and waited for our food to be made we could have gotten back in our car and drove to the store to buy the things we needed to make the sandwich ourselves. Both ladies were nice but they had zero sense of urgency nor did they apologize for taking A YEAR to make a sandwich. One of them kept saying “you’re making my job easy” when a customer didn’t want something toasted or asked for a bowl… well they obviously didn’t make it easy enough because come on… ? This location is usually fine. One of them working with someone fast paced would be one thing but you can’t put two snails behind the counter and depend on them to run a business.
