Ordered two sandwiches.
They got the breads backwards.
The spinach literally had dirt and grit on it.
Cookies were burnt af.

We placed an order for pick up. Order two hot sandwiches, they were cold with barely any meat on them one pepper and two onion. Cheese wasn’t melted. Gave us one bag of chips and they weren’t the ones we ordered (we ordered two) and they were EXPIRED!! Brought the order back and the woman was rude and threw the chips over the counter at my husband. Just an absolutely terrible experience. 1/10 do not recommend.

Arrived 30 min prior to close and while the lights were on, the door was locked and nobody could be seen in restaurant. As we were leaving (myself, wife, and 2 children) someone appeared out of nowhere inside restaurant, we began to knock on door to catch attention and were blatantly ignored person turned lights off and proceeded to stare through and beyond us. Totally disappointed with the situation as my oldest son was eager and excited to have a sub sandwich from subway that day.

The bread is stale so hard everytime. Make some new bread
They do NOT accept coupons at this location. Understaffed and slow. Awkward location.

Ordered a pizza sub, they discontinued mozzarella cheese and black olives apparently. Other veggies were about empty so we got what was left instead of employee getting more to put on the sandwich. Also refused to accept a subway coupon because the independent owner doesn’t take them. Last trip to subway for me, time to find a new sub shop.

Went in today to get a sub for lunch, was never even greeted or acknowledged that I was there waiting for for over 10 minutes - I understand they had other orders, but to at least acknowledge me would have been great - I ended up walking out and going to the new Penn Station down the road - not the first time the service has sucked

I stood waiting in line this morning with a Subway coupon clearly in my hand with only one other customer in the store. When it was my turn I tried handing the employee the Subway coupon and order a large sandwich. She then said, "this store doesn't take coupons." It is NOT indicated anywhere on the windows, or anywhere I could see that this particular store didn't take coupons. I left and walked back in to ask where it stated this store didn't take coupons? She had no answer and when I asked her name she wouldn't give it to me and said "whatever!" Poor service, poor attitude and I am a regular customer of Subway establishments! This location needs some attention to whomever is in charge of it! Disappointed customer.

They stopped serving white bread at 6:30 p.m., and new bread wouldn’t done until two hours. If you know you’re running out of bread, then start making some.
Another Franchise that doesn’t honor their own coupons. Tried to call 800 Customer Service and there is no option to let anyone know via phone. Will not be back.
