Save your time and money. The lettuce was brown and when I asked how long it had been sitting there she explained a truck didn't show up or something. I guess they are cool serving old food. I asked for extra pickles (bc my sandwich is mostly stale bread without any poisoned lettuce at this point) and was told it would cost extra. Do pickles come out of their paychecks?

I've ordered through the app multiple times and they make orders wrong at this location everytime. They have an in-store print out with all of the things that go into the sandwich and they still can't get it right.
I walked in to pick up an order and an employee (teenage boy) was sitting in the dining area with airpods on. It wasn't until I approached the counter that he decided to get up and remove the earbuds to hear what I had to say smh
My latest order tasted like there was cleaning solution in it

Same here I pulled up at 8:19pm as soon as I pulled in the parking they shut the lights off. They supposedly close at 9pm.

Since the renovation now we are not allowed to see across the protein freezer glass, I noticed that now the protein amount in my sandwich is half than a couple months ago, I was very upset 😡
On the other side The ladies that work there are very friendly and bilingual.

They close whenever they feel like it. This is NOT how you run a business. Your door says 9pm, online says 9pm, yet you close anytime between 7pm-830. You should be reported to the BBB.

Slightly more tuna on this sub than butter on toast. I was in there one time when a manager or the owner was training them and encouraged them to put the slightest amount. You can't even taste it. Don't think I will be coming back.

Customer service was trash. Had to pay for more onions. God was old Bread was horrible. This is consistent. I’ve tried to eat better 3 times all the same. The lady was very rude almost like I couldn’t afford extra onions. I’ve never been charged for extra veggies lol. If you hungry DON’T GO HERE

Food wasn't cooked properly like cooking bacon, they never did. That's a health hazard and the employees shouldn't discriminate and have better training.
