We'd thought SUPER CHIX sold chicken salad. Wrong! There were many choices of chicken filet sandwiches. I had the Cajun and wasn't disappointed.Salads? Oh, yeah. My best girl had one with deep-fried Avacado and upgraded it to include chicken. She raved.The fries were made extra crispy exactly as I'd requested. They were great! Note: Most places take my request, but it's ignored until I send them back.The place was 'opening day' clean. Not a crumb anywhere!The big guy behind the counter was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. (I wish I had remembered his name.) He even came outside to make sure everything went well. We were impressed.Go out of your way for this place. You'll thank me later. Really good!Vegetarian options: Salads, fries, and chicken for 'confused vegetarians.'

First time at Super Chix. Food flavorful, a little pricey like everywhere you eat now. The service was great, very attentive and friendly. Food prepared and delivered a lot quicker than I expected and the eating area looked very clean. I'll definitely stop in again when I'm in that area.Parking: Strip mall parkingKid-friendliness: Lots of kids there when I went. Tell your kids to not wear soccer cleats. 2 kids almost hit the deck. Cement floor and no traction wearing cleats. If I owned Super Chix, I wouldn't allow cleats for liability purposes.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from the parking lot and entry doors both open at same time allowing for a wide doorway.

Terrible terrible customer service experience...I had to take a deep breath before I sat down to write this review and I hope the owner reads it. My husband and toddler son stopped by and ordered dinner from the Fort Mill restaurant. He gave them his order and they repeated it back to him and he said it was correct. They were taking longer than usual with the chicken tender order because they were not frying properly and they were redoing the order (this was explained to him by a nice lady who came from the back). She offered him a pint of custard since he was waiting so long and apologized. So he gets home and we are taking the food out of the bag and I asked him where was my salad that I ordered (Buffalo ranch fried) and he double checked behind me and said it wasn't in there but a Buffalo Ranch sandwich was (I didn't order this). He calls to the restaurant at 8:38pm and explains that they put the order in wrong and asked if my sandwich could be replaced with the correct salad. The lady (I say that loosely) says No because he didn't pay for a salad. He said that's the problem because that's what I ordered and your cashier entered it wrong. She says No we can't replace it because you didn't pay for a salad. You paid for a sandwich. By now, he's genuinely pissed and hands me the phone and says I can't talk to her anymore...she won't listen or replace it. I took the phone and explained again what happened. She says No we won't replace it because you paid for a sandwich. I said that's the problem! I said you mean to tell me that because your cashier rung it up incorrectly and entered sandwich instead of salad, I can't get it replaced because of someone else's mistake? I said I eat the salads there...not the sandwiches. Again she repeats she will not replace it because we paid for a sandwich. I asked her name and she took a deep breath and huffed and puffed and said Natalie. I said Natalie is there another manager on duty that I can speak with? She said no I'm the only one. I said Well who will be there tomorrow? She said Me. I said this is absolutely ridiculous that your crew makes a mistake and I'm stuck having to eat a sandwich that I didn't ask for. She huffed again and I said Don't you dare huff and puff at me! It was your fault and you don't want to correct it?! I said asked for her GM's name and she paused and said under her breath something Patel. I said Who? I can't understand you. She said what sounded like Anise Patel. I okay cool that's all I needed. She said I'll leave a note for them and see what they say about it. I said Uh huh sure and told her I would be calling back and told her to have a good day and she said You too in a snarky way. I don't know how anyone would be able to call me back because she didn't bother to ask my name or husband's name so someone could follow up. She had no intentions on correcting the situation or trying to right their wrong. I have also reached out to corporate because I am thoroughly disgusted and appalled at how she responded, her overall attitude and how we spent our money at an establishment that have some workers who absolutely don't care to correct their mistakes. By the way, I couldn't drive back up there because I had surgery on my eyes and can't see clearly at night and I was not about to send my husband back out there to argue with someone who could've cared less. I would've gladly given the sandwich back in exchange for what he asked for if that would've been an option. I used to work in customer service and would've never treated a customer in this manner or given this type of uncalled for attitude.***Update***Kudos to the owner for making things right and taking time out of his busy day to call. We appreciate you sooooo much! My husband said you were the nicest and kindest person ever and we will definitely be back. Thank you again for everything! Updating my rating score because of YOU!!!

First time visiting and the atmosphere is great! They dont have combos so you purchase the items separately. The chicken strips were delicious and juicy. The fries were great and stayed HOT for over 10 minutes! Definitely a recommend if you love chicken!
