Sweet Frog Fort Mill

I love this place. The frozen yogurt is always good and I also purchased the frogs. Large and small Scoops ( boy) Large and small Cookie (girl) for my granddaughter for Christmas.

It was great! My first experience was awesome and the manager was so nice. I went a little overboard on the yogurt but it tasted phenomenal and the toppings went well with it. I got peanut butter and cheesecake and put many toppings that complimented it well. Go here if you have a sweet tooth and are wanting to get yourself a summer treat! 😁

My kids absolutely love this place, and so do I. The staff is always very friendly and they keep the place very clean. I love that it’s self-serve and you can get in and out very quickly.

So clean! And the staff is so sweet and helpful. Definitely will be coming back - beautifully set up store :)

Pricey good atmosphere....

A bit pricey for the product. Nice atmosphere for the kids.

Floor isn’t super clean really sticky. But the yogurt is amazing.

This sweet frog location is out, for me and my family. Will drive further for good customer service! I have taken my children here quite a few times. One visit, me and my children got our fro-yo and toppings then sat down to enjoy. There was a long hair baked in to a small brownie topping. Took it up to the counter, and the worker acted like she couldn't see it ?, although it was completely obvious. I had to insist on getting a replacement cup. This most recent visit, the manager Kelly rang us out at the register. Every other time, we've been there, we have gotten a 10% mil discount. This time, she only gave 10% off 1 of our cups. I told her that we've been there quite a few times before, and it's always been 10% off the whole ticket (with every other cashier we've had). She said it's her business and she doesn't have to do a discount at all. True, true, but we won't be back. It's not about the money, but about the disappointing customer service of the manager! Check your receipts!

My family and I live coming to this establishment. Everyone is always nice. It's always clean and well managed.
It can be pricey if you let the kids add their own toppings lol but is it worth it?
I mean, if you agree that a smile is priceless then...
Yes. To me, it's worth every smile.

It's such a nice, clean location. It is not as crowded duration the week. Machines are clean, and the tables and floors are maintained.

I visited Sweet Frog today, and the yogurt is delicious. When entering the new store, I noticed how friendly staff is and how clean the store is kept. They offer several flavors, and you can self-serve and choose your toppings. My favorite is fresh blueberry and stawberry. I highly recommend checking them out.

The product was incredible, as usual. What wasn’t great was the 2 staff members who decided to point and whisper about my boyfriend and me, then blatantly made jokes about our attire to our faces. We were so excited to have a location closer to us, but I’ll stick to Rock Hill.
