Walked in and we were the only ones in line and no one was at the drive thru. No one was at the counter, and the girl working the drive thru kept looking at me. Not once did she acknowledge my existence. Not a single person said anything to us as we stood there for five minutes. Finally I said thanks for the service and walked out. TERRIBLE employees.

NO LONGER SERVING BREAKFAST. That’s the only reason I go to Taco Bell so I’ll be moving my business to a different location. They also only ever have one employee on, in the mornings at least, taking orders inside AND drive Thru AND doing all the cooking, and cleaning! That’s a ridiculous thing to assign one person.

They completely missed an entire person's order from my family's order. I knew when they handed me the bag it was too light and the worker insisted it was all there and it wasn't. Tried to call up there, they just pick up and hang up the phone. WORST TACO BELL IN THE AREA!! This has happened too many times to count at this location! And if they don't forget items, they make them sloppy and half the time flat out wrong. After going to this location for over 10 years, I won't ever be going back! I'm done!

Need to train people better. Ordered food with chicken, and it was in one corner of crunchwrap. How do you enjoy whole crunchwrap without chicken. The manager was there and asked to make it again, but we all know after argument how it is made. This Taco Bell is out of my list now.

Don't get anything cooked in oil (chips, cinnamon twists, etc). The rest of the food is fine, but their fried stuff all tastes awful, their oil is spoiled

I was very excited to eat this viral burrito but this is what I got on top of that rude customer service! They didn’t even bother grilling the cheese.
Got our order correct where as most other taco bells have messed it up. They also put a good amount of cheese on my steak quesadilla which was much appreciated and enjoyed. Fast service on top of being correct.

This used to be my go to location, but has declined as the months go by. I have either received the wrong order, not my entire order, and now received a taco that I can only assume was just thrown into the bag from the other side of the kitchen. This particular order had two items missing, a destroyed taco, and a quesadilla that was made with an incorrect, smaller tortilla and wasn’t even sliced. Money lost and a belly still empty. What a shame.
Only positive note is that the staff was nice. Just can’t make food…
