By far the worst taco bell in the area. Very slow and somehow they run out of bottle water & fire sauce. They also don't have build your own carving box on their menu.

I’ve Doordashed from here 5 or so times and every single time there is food missing from my order. 1-2 times okay, mistakes happen, but 3+ is ridiculous. Idk why I keep ordering from here, maybe that’s the real question.

Waiting 23 min for an order using the indoor kiosk. Order was not even done correctly. Asked for a remake… another 13 min of waiting for a Crunchwrap with no meat and added black beans. Ugh! Poor food, and very poor service!

This location was never great for me but I decided to try one more time.

I placed and paid for an online order to be ready at 4:30. Arrived at 4:50 to find 3 employees working, no customers in the drive thru, or any inside the store. I give them the order number only to be told that they are “working on it”.

So I ask “is the order ready?” I’m told “Yes, he’s working on it.” So that means NO. My order isn’t ready.

I told him to cancel the order. “No, it will be up in a minute.” NOPE. Cancel my order.

It’s just Taco Bell, I get it, but damn… I’ll go get food somewhere else.

Employee Brandon was nice. Manager a total JERK! Accused us of wanting to get free stuff because they gave us the wrong product twice. Called a liar. Drove back to get the right item when this occurred. Tried to refuse giving the right item even though we paid.

You can get a redo on renovations, (3rd times a charm) usually but not here. . it also makes no difference when service is slow, tables and counters are dirty and the food is gross and wrong. I got dr pepper but it tasted like diet something else. The soft tortillas were definitely old. My food was cold by the time I had to ask them to hand me the bag. And then it tasted like chemicals. We won't be back here.
