I love TCBY because they have this white chocolate frozen yogurt I looove with the wet walnuts. However, my first time at this location I don’t know what I did because I’ve never done this at any other location but when they measured my cup, it was over $25!!! For ONE CUP! I know it had too many of the nuts in it because they had hardly any syrup in the wet walnuts, and I was trying so hard to get some of the actual syrup, but I could have bought several cartons for that amount!!!! I will never live that one down with those who were with me. I shall walk with shame from this day forward. Lol. Put a whole new spin on sugar mama! 💰 🍦 💵

I usually love this place but it was very disappointing tonight. I came out of my way to this froyo establishment because it closes at 10pm (or so i thought). I walked over just to see all the workers enjoying their froyo outside after closing over 30 min early. Highly DONT recommend after 7pm

So disappointing... I just treated my son to an ice-cream and paid $21.80!! Only 2 sz cups available medium and large. No small....why?? I literally got 1 swirl in my cup didn't even fill bottom of mine with no toppings, son got a little more ice cream with 1 topping. Total of the ice cream probably filled 3/4ths of 1 medium cup. How did it cost that much?? So I did some research when I got home. Average price is .74 cents per Oz or higher. So how much does the cup weigh in its own?. Well the cup alone empty will cost you a couple dollars, then add the spoon then put in both cups while on the scale..... I could have bought 4 gallons of ice cream cheaper at the grocery store, plus candy to put on top.... don't think I'll be going back any time soon. We are a family of 7 I couldn't imagine taking everyone there. I'd be broke!!! Not worth it...

It was good but they were missing like 3 yogurt flavors they were empty and there were no sign on them. I feel like the flavors they have are kinda random. I wish they had some better options. Maybe some vegan as well? Not everybody can withstand processed dairy. I can say all the toppings were very nicely stocked up though..

Great place for self serve Froyo, little pricey for over cream for sure, but the occasional treat it's great.

Worker was very rude and had NO costumer service. I was bleeding through my pants and was in a absolute need of a restroom.I didn’t know they didn’t allow me to use the restroom if I didn’t purchase their precious yogurt.Worker gave me nasty looks and told me to get out.

Lady was staring at me and my friends the whole time and kept giving me a side eye. My friend dropped a cup on accident because the cups were sorted messy and the lady scolded her after she already threw it in the trash.
I have been coming for 10 years at this place. Pretty much the same thing till now. “Ok service”, “good frozen yogurt”. But there is a kid nowadays who is top notch when it comes to service, courtesy and closing the sales. Wow… 6 stars. Go kid. Go. You will go far. Very impressive and thank you for treating your clientele like that.

I would give a better review but the Italian Tart yogurt tasted a little too “tart” and we all got sick. Otherwise it was your typical froyo place.
