Visited establishment following a brief trip to the flea market around the corner. I was looking for a place that had fried green tomatoes on its menu, which my best friend who I went with really likes. The restaurant was not crowded that Saturday late afternoon and we were seated quickly in the back of the bar area.

I can't believe I haven't written about this place sooner. The flipside cafe is one of my favorite restaurants in the Charlotte area. They are a farm to table style, and everything is absolutely delicious. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. From breakfast to dinner, be sure to try everything. The staff were disorganized from the time we walked in the door. Although there were tables available we were told we would have to wait for 15-minutes. The people who arrived after us were immediately seated at one of the vacant tables.
