My experience is that they advertise on Google that they are open until 10. We closed down Carowinds amusement park at 8:00, and were looking for a place that was open to feed us. We drove over only to find a strange situation. The front door was unlocked. The lights were on. The place was completely empty of people. Not even an employee in sight. A guy walks out of the back and says, "sorry guys, we closed early tonight". We arrived at 8:40, so they closed well over an hour early. We found out from some employees at other restaurants on the block (that were doing pretty decent business for a Tuesday night) that Lucky Duck keeps erratic hours, and they close down anytime they feel like it when they are slow. This is usually a tell tale sign of bush league operators who have gotten into a business they don't understand, and never should have gotten into. Can't recommend because we didn't get to eat there, and you may not get to either if they take a notion to close early on you as well. Don't waste your time driving there.

Very friendly and we spilled a whole glass of wine everywhere and the hostess and bartender were very polite and promptly cleaned will be back just from the service these two provided with making an embarrassing moment not so uncomfortable!

Hostess extremely rude. We were a party of 7, but when she found out 4Of the party were children she rudely said her kitchen could not accommodate us because they were just too busy. Don’t waste your time on this establishment.

Really enjoyed our dinner here. Reasonably priced and everything came out HOT. Thats one of my top criteria. For bar food it was exceptional. The Mountain Candy IPA was delicious too.I had the fish and chips. Plenty of food for one person.The atmosphere is lovely and service attentive. Would certainly come here again!

Nice food and beer selection. The fish (grouper) & chips was very good. I do not like, however, eating food with a knife & fork out of a basket lined with paper. Located in a quaint precinct. Even though the pub was not busy, we had to wait for some time on arrival for a hostess to seat us. After this, our server was very attentive.
