The Plated Palette - Charlotte Food Truck

I had the pleasure of meeting & trying their food for the first time at The park church movie review. It was Excellent and so was the service. I had the buffalo wings & a side . Hot , fresh and the wings were Krispy. Just the way I like it ?

We've had the pleasure of working with Joe and The Plated Palette over the past 2 years and our apartment community has welcomed them with open arms during their visits. The Plated Palette team always greets you with a smile and is ready with a recommendation if you can't decide what to order. You will become a quick fan once you taste the freshness and flavors in many if not all the dishes!

I have to say Joe and his team at the Plated Palette were fantastic. This is two years in a row we have used them for an event and it could not have gone better each time. The food choices are varied and quite delicious. I highly recommend them!

Thank you so much for coming to our work and providing us a hot meal! The turkey cranberry I heard was delish. I got the classic pita was was yummy! My I recommend a cranberry relish and a Smokey cheese for added depth of flavor on the Sammie? Potato salad hit the spot!

Great experience! They came to our neighborhood and it was almost impossible to choose what to eat because everything looked so good! I had the London Broil grill and it was excellent! Would recommend

Joe (Owner) is such a great guy! And his food is just as great! Trust me when i say that you’ll not be disappointed with his food!

The Plated Palette was at a CrossFit competition that took place once per week for three weeks in a row. In theory, my children and I went to support loved ones in the competition, but I think everyone knew we were really there for the quesadillas (I’m only half kidding…). Everything we ordered was delicious, prepared quickly, and as warm as the energy with which it was served. Hope we continue to see you around town!

They are unprofessional loud and disrespectful to the boundaries of both our dog park scaring my dog but the field around it we use not for food trucks. I did think about going to them but they posted hours and told me they were closing early I think the man was simply being lazy. While trying to play with my dog I noticed several more people being turned away just as I had. they seemed to then dangerously drive off without their door closed on the truck most likely, to avoid the crowd of unhappy would be customers. they left very quickly burning out and ruining our grass. this is unacceptable. I’ll be complaining to my leasing office about this to see if they wish to charge you for our grass as I’ll show them the pictures. You advertised hours then closed much earlier that’s wrong on many levels if your trying to run a business another tip would not to be rude. I hope this helps the office never allow them back on our property. please don’t go here they have no respect for you your business or the area around their food cart. I can’t imagine what disrespect they will show you.

For our company holiday celebration this year we decided to have a local food truck to come on site. The weather may not have cooperated with our event but the service and the food that we were served from The Plated Palette was fabulous from the wraps to the wings and that wonderfully delicious potato salad. Thank you Plated Palette for bringing some sunshine into a cold and rainy day.

The Plated Palette was a great addition to our church event. I was able to communicate with the owner about every detail. They arrived in a timely manner and were extremely professional. The food was delicious. The wings were especially a hit :) The menu offers a variety of options. We appreciate the opportunity to have worked with them and loved the hospitality!

Today Yolanda and The cook came to AutoNationUSA. For our dealerships Grand Opening! I ordered the chicken tacos with Cilantro Lime Rice! They were delicious and the staff was super friendly!
