Ordered food from here via the online app and i get to the restaurant and they were closed. I’ve tried calling and emailing and nobody has responded. $40 wasted. Their “open” sign is always on but nobody is inside. DO NOT ORDER HERE

They claim they're open till 9:00 p.m. but apparently they close at 8:00 p.m. So maybe somebody can show them how to update their hours on this

This place has a large variety to pick from and the portions are large. I had the Piqueo and it had a lot of variety that could be shared with a family. The staff was also helpful and

Ordered online only to have it cancelled within a minute of paying for it (it was refunded). Called 3 times and nobody answered. Not a good first impression.

I went there with my husband for lunch. I had the shrimp platter , my husband had the roasted chicken. Apart from the yucca fries that were really delicious I wouldn't recommend what I ordered. The rice and beans were flavorless, and the shrimp was inedible, just soaked in grease. Our food was served on disposable plates with plastic cutlery. My husband liked the roast chicken, so maybe ordering roast chicken and yucca fries to go would be a smart choice.

Place was clean and the service was friendly and quick. The food however was so bland and dry that I considered the thought that they just boiled chicken breast and gave it to

At first, I was having a hard time trying to order online but kept getting hung up on when I was trying to explain the app was messing up. The fourth time I got who I assumed was the manager and he explained the app, so he took my order directly. I got there to pick up and they made up for the hang ups with extra helpings and the staff was very friendly and the food was good. The cheeseburger my nephew at never stood a chance ?. I will order again because I truly want to try their rotisserie chickens out. They also discounted the meal by $5. That was very nice of them.

First time there. Had the 1/4 rotisserie chicken with black beans and rice. Really enjoyed it and plan on coming back to try the other items on the menu. Good variety, reasonably priced and friendly people.

Food was very disappointing. Everything seemed to be just reheated and not fresh. Soggy yuca fries and burnt sweet plantains. Mostly everything, including sauces, lacked flavor.

Don't bother. We like to eat local but this place misses all the marks. Visited about 20 years ago and thought it was terrible then, but since they're still in business and very close, we decided to give them another try. Big mistake. No service, but considering the food quality, at least we didn't have to tip! We ate inside. Food was brought out on paper plates with plastic ware in a packet. Ordered water but no one received any. Had to get our own cups from the counter and get water from a leaking drink fountain that had a paint bucket underneath to catch the water. Same for napkins. Had to get our own. Food was bad. Daughter ordered the bacon cheeseburger. Frozen patty, no side for 8.99. Crazy! She was still hungry. Son had the hot dog which came with fries but he didn't even care to eat all of his food. Husband had the roasted pork. Dry slices of roast. Nothing like what you'd get from any other Latin restaurant. I had the chicken Milanese. It was okay, and the green sauce was tasty, but the steamed broccoli was too hard and under steamed to eat. I ordered the beans and rice mixed, so they say. Not mixed at all. What I received was a paper cup with one side yellow rice and the other side black beans. I mixed them myself. Honestly, only ate it to fill me up. Good call on our part not ordering the tres leches. The desserts were in a cooler in the dining area and one can only imagine how long they'd been sitting in there. Nothing in the case appeared fresh. We will not be back.

If I could give no stars. For $16.00 Philly Steak you get alot of bread very little meat and veggies. No of ot fills the bread!!!! Also, when serving fish know what type you are cooking. No knowledge of what type they but will tell that it's FROZEN. NEVER AGAIN

This is my first time ever putting in a review on any restaurant because this was that ridiculous. A $9 burger that was unseasoned, a frozen patty that took them five minutes to assemble, they charge $4 for a small portion of frozen fries that were equally unseasoned. I’m all about supporting local businesses, but this was just crazy. I know it’s not their expertise, but still shouldn’t charge that much if this is the quality of food that is given. For $14 I could’ve spent a fraction of that at McDonald’s to receive the the same if not better quality food with a drink! For that I could’ve gone anywhere else to receive a fresh beef patty and fresh cut fries.
