Food was mid, and the particular server was more attentive to a known guest for some reason. I've had much better service there at the bar and without having to keep asking for things! The music is nice, there's not been many people when I visit, but there's always a melting pot amongst the guests!The drink specials are great as well.

This place could easily be a fam favorite, I sadly believe it’s on the downslide. Last night’s food was mediocre. Wings were definitely reheated…not fresh. Burger patty was dry. Tenders for the kids were good. Service seemed too casual with folks kinda hanging out. Sadly, I think this was a tipping point moment for us. Went there for the kids and a promised milkshake…ended up doing ice cream elsewhere.

We’ve passed by this place so many times and finally decided to give it a try. The burgers were juicy and delicious, but the superstar was really the handmade chicken tenders they’re serving! The spiced breading they use is SO gooooood! Now if we could get them to make some house made THICK ranch dressing we’d never leave!Vegetarian options: The black bean burger is DYNAMITE

These guys flubbed an order that my pops picked up, by not giving us a shake that was ordered online. After he got home I called the place for a refund, which and I quote:"Oh, you can just come in and get the shake now."No. We're home now we're not driving back for the shake, you messed the order up.The other solution was:"You can come into the store for a refund."Excuse me? Since when can I pay with a credit card from home, but to get a refund I have to physically come to you again?Ridiculous

I never do reviews, but this is needed. Burgers: half a star(I'm serious). Tasteless and fast food is better. What a shame. Tenders: They compete with other places pretty well. Wings: They compete well with other places in FM, too. Fries: half a star(I'm serious). These are like HARDEES fries across the street. They have to be bagged and frozen. Prices: Ridiculous Rip off! Example: Competitive Wings and Fries are $22.40 Cents. This is a Joe Biden Rip off. We aren't in NYC. Wing King, you can get the same Quality Wings, maybe better(more sauces) and 4.5 star fries for $18.00(reasonable). So why is it basically $5.00 more for lower quality? I liked the chicken only, but I will NOT be coming back. However, this place does get people in, but overtime, people will stop coming...watch. TWF, your burgers, fries, and prices are a 1 and 1/2 star combined. Do better, not everyone living in Tega Cay makes 200K a year and doesnt care about the money they spend.

However, tonight, the 6/10 service with a 2/10 kitchen was too much. It took over 90 minutes to get food after ordering. Multiple tables left after ordering because of the wait. We stuck it out and got our food. It was mediocre at best. Missing a tot, too many fries instead, just little things that were irritating. Then the bill came, $80. After tip, we were over $100. The value just wasn't there. We're taking it off our dinner list for a while.Dietary restrictions: They handle celiac very well. GF options and precautions were taken.Kid-friendliness: Games, toys and very kid friendly area. Lots of kids playing around, it was awesome.Wheelchair accessibility: 100% accessible.

Avoid! Not sure what the heck has been going on lately but man, this place went downhill fast. Food used to be great, now it's meh. Prices went up and service went in the toilet. Please work on your wine list. It sucks as well!
Good food and TVs to watch sports, casual place, outdoor patio and some games, tables inside were ok but would have preferred booths, seemed kind of like an ice cream shop more than a casual restaurant, had the wings, Asian spice and Nashville Hot, very good flavor , I really liked them , ranch was in a small to go plastic container, would have preferred real plates and real containers for sauces etc, also had the pasta salad , it was ok but wouldn’t get it again , needs Italian dressing or something, liked the TVs and full bar, great selection of beer , my wife had the burger which was reccomended, it only comes well done, and that wouldn’t work for me, servers were very friendly, but seemed busy with a lot of tables, hope to try more wings soon, thank you.

Tried TWF Burgers for the first time yesterday with my fiancé. The service was great. But the food…..not so much. I ordered the chicken & waffles one of my favorite meals. The waffles were pretty flavorless and dry! The chicken tenders came out lookin like they were fried with old grease, which also lacked flavor. The TWF sauce was good! My fiancé gave me that “never again look” that’s when I knew it was time to go…she’s very pretty I hate to see that look on her face.

This is my first time I was at twf burgers. I've been meaning to go for some time and just hadn't got over there. Met a colleague for lunch. Felt like a burger so I got a burger and tater tots. The tater tots or tater tots I like that they make them crunchy which I would have asked for and forgot but they did it anyway which was a pleasant surprise. I will rate the burger of 5 out of 10 wasn't bad but I was pretty surprised at the lack of flavor. Next time I will probably try something else. I've heard from others they have good food but if I want a hamburger I probably won't go there again for a hamburger, at least in the short term as sometimes they see these reviews and try to fix issues.I will tell you that the staff was extremely nice, friendly, and attentive.
